Estrutura muito boa. Alguns pontos a melhorar: O chuveiro do quarto 229 está saindo água de forma irregular, talvez uma manutenção ou limpeza no duto resolva o problema. A fechadura foi necessária diversas tentativas para abrir, provavelmente é a fechadura pois foi trocado o cartão e o problema persistiu.

Segunda vez que me hospedo no Hotel e é muito bom, cumpre o que promete e o pessoal é super simpatico e acessivel. Cafe da manha simples, porem muito bom. Não aproveitei tudo que o hotel oferece, pois foram viagens rapida de trabalho. otima logalização, perto de restaurantes, MC donalds e Padarias

O hotel Matiz tem uma ótima relação custo benefício. Localizado no excelente bairro de Barão Geraldo,tem amplas acomodações e Atendimento perfeito.

Chegamos antes das 14h (horário estipulado de check in), o hotel estava vazio, poucos quartos ocupados. Pedimos para antecipar o check in, para meio dia, mas foi negado. Atitude bem antipática, com o aviso que para antecipar seria cobrada uma diária inteira. Voltamos às 14h. Quarto ok. Ar condicionado imundo e fazendo barulho. Toalhas velhas. Ar condicionado do quarto abaixo também fazendo barulho. Não fornecem toalha de rosto nem shampoo, sabonete de baixa qualidade. Tomadas fora do padrão brasileiro. Café da manhã cobrado a parte, por 30,00 por pessoa, recusamos pois não pareceu nada atraente. Não volto.

Gostei do conforto da cama e travesseiro. A limpeza é muito boa e o café da manhã é excelente. A estrutura do prédio é antiga, não há amenities, tirando um sabonetinho. O café da manhã não está incluído na diária, é 30 reais por pessoa. Quando estivemos lá, havia apenas um funcionário à noite e tivemos que mudar de quarto por um problema na TV. Mas nada que tenha afetado o conforto da estadia.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast not too different every day but it was good. Good food places nearby, drugstores and amenities in general. Easy transportation and shopping mall close. Front desk people were helpful even though I was not fluent in Portuguese

Limpo, confortável, chuveiro bom. Café da manhã é bom, aceitável. Poderia melhorar a necessidade de voucher para o café da manhã, e debitar direto no quarto já no restaurante. Bom serviço, simples, mas é tudo fresco e bem feito. Bom atendimento

Esse é o hotel que sempre fico qdo vou à Campinas. Os atendentes são simpáticos, prestativos. O quarto é bom, roupa de cama e banho limpos, cama bem confortável. O café da manhã é pago à parte mas muito farto, com opções, os são bolos deliciosos.
