Been here for over a week. Had an extremely pleasant stay. Mr.douglas from reception went over and beyond his duty to help us take tour of city using his contacts and also made sure we had our dinner served hot when we returned late night beyond the working hours. Really loved the stay here and also i strongly recommend for other fellow travellers. Also the tattoo lady at restaurant did an awesome job. Keep up the good work guys.. cheers 😀

My experience in the hotel began with the excellent service of Marcos and Lucas at the reception. I had a problem in my reservation and they made the necessary change quickly, I was very impressed by the properness of both. The restaurant experience was great. The dinner buffet is very varied, but there was no fish option. I asked the garson Igor and he got a tilapia file for me. It's a hotel I use and I will continue to use in the region.
