O hotel é impecável em todos os aspectos, desde a estrutura ao atendimento e cordialidade. Estávamos com nosso bebê de 01 ano e todos os funcionários demonstraram muita paciência e carinho com ele. Certamente é um dos melhores hotéis que já nos hospedamos no Brasil ou exterior.

O Ort é um dos nossos hotéis preferidos, não só pela qualidade, beleza, conforto, mas principalmente pela equipe que é sempre sensacional. Pierre, Vinicius, o Sr que trabalha na fazendinha, e todos os outros funcionários com quem cruzamos na nossa estadia, sempre excelentes. Já fomos algumas vezes, e o padrão de qualidade só aumenta.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Os quartos são mega confortáveis. Café da manhã incrível. Os restaurantes servem refeições deliciosas. Mas, o ponto principal está no atendimento de cada funcionário, os funcionários são incríveis. Em nome de Vinicius, estendo a todos os funcionários um agradecimento especial. Hotel, incrível espaços amplos, super limpos, todos os funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã de ótima qualidade, muito gostoso e completo. Um lindo lugar para descansar com a família ou em casal. Academia com aparelhos novos, sauna seca e molhada, e hidro na temperatura ideal.
Um paraíso não da vontade de ir embora.

Estive em abril e adoramos o hotel. Voltamos em agosto e estávamos adorando tanto que resolvemos ficar mais um dia, porém o hotel não quis que ficássemos. Apesar de ter a vaga, resolveu cobrar uma tarifa muito maior do que eu havia pago. Que decepção. Ao invés de fazerem im trabalho de fidelização, fizeram exatamente o contrário. Achei antipático. Outro ponto é a música, permanentemente música alta e de balada!! Não combina com o ambiente, que é maravilhoso. Melhor vcs reverem isso.
