Top 5-Star Hotels in Camyuva

We were at the hotel at the end of April 2023. We arrived for the weekend for 2 days. In its price category, the hotel is just 🔥🔥🔥. We were a lot where we were. Girls on the resepschen clever. In the hotel cleanliness and order, food is just excellent meat, chicken, boilers, fish red on grill, creamy sauce, etc. It is on the first shore, the beach is good. In general, I advise, every day in the hotel there is animation and day and evening. Of course, if you go here for 10 days I don't know, somebody might seem bored, but people have rested a full hotel and everyone is happy. In Sneak bar a very delicious pizza, guisele, nagits, fries, shaurma. Beer, cocktails, drinks, etc. all day for a flight. Ice cream is qualitative and delicious. We will come again when possible 🤞🏼

Positive aspects: -We got to check in at 6 am, as we had arrived way earlier than planned. Thanks to the male receptionist that helped us feel welcomed. - The hotel looks good and new. The view from our room was amazing! - One of the obers, Vedat, was amazing. His service was excellent. We were very happy to see him during our breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The teamleader in the dining room, Ahmet, was also very kind. - The barmen at the annex building near the pool were also very helpful and kind. They made the best drinks at the hotel. Negative aspects: - The cleaning could be better. The cleaning lady mentioned to us that the towels would be changed once every two days. She said she would have to give us towels which were reserved for other guests as she has limited towels available daily. The day before check-out she also asked us to use the same bedsheets, as we’d check out the next day anyway. This was for us a reason to lower the overal rating, as it’s the first time we’ve ever encountered this at a 5 star hotel. - The animation is focussed on the Russian guests, we can’t speak Russian, so it was a bit difficult for us to join the activities. - The food was very repetitive, as were the deserts. A little bit more variation would’ve been nice. There were also kids licking the spoons, we would notify the staff about it and they would fix it, but it would’ve been better if there had been more staff to see it immediately. - One of the doors had a lock that did not function all the time, but after several tries we did get to enter the room. - There is not enough parking spaces for the guest, this is a pity.

The worst experience with the holiday choice! And my worst experience in Turkey. The pictures doesnt match the reality. hotel is very old, with all the signs of that. Personally for me, most important things are cleanness and air conditioning, especially when outside is 45 +. And it seems there is no normal air conditioning in the rooms, just ventilation.. 24 degrees and not less! And it's extremelly orowded place, too small for such an amount of people. You cant find the space at the pool, restaurant and etc... Cleaning of the rooms far from the EU standards. So briefly, perhaps 5 stars in Turkey is very far from that. If you are looking for the quality vacation, skip this hotel.

The excellent location of the hotel under the mountain with a beautiful, huge, well-designed, green area and thus the resort will not be clogged between others and gives it the opportunity to organize a quiet, calm rest and to arrange beautiful bright parties. A huge selection of sports activities at very high level. From morning to late evening each will find a vocational activity on the strengths and interests. Two restaurants on the territory that can be booked in addition to the buffet . One with a tasting menu, the second under the open sky with Turkish kitchens. A huge respect for food & beverage department for a beautiful restaurant portion presentation and dishes! Also thanks to managers for the diversity in menu and quality of food, for a huge range of healthy food! The hotel has a beautiful app that allows you to track all events during the day and book places. They speak only German everywhere and always. The thematic dressing dinners were delighted. A good evening dance program with the attraction of professional artists and groups. I didn't like a huge number of cats(which are begging in the restaurant, falling on all chairs and pillows.
