Lovely hotel in a great spot, with a great buffet breakfast for 12 euro, near the sea front and the bus into Palma. Small room with a balcony, overlooking out to Palma, great for one night stop over with landing late into the airport. Small outdoor and indoor pools.

The hotel was good in general however on our first night we found quite a few tiny ants crawling around the pillows and bed area and my toddler got bitten all over his face and arms, i then went to the reception the next morning and told Cristobal (he was not very nice) and he said we may have left food out and that’s why the ants came but we never eat anything in the room. He said he would send house cleaning. They put a spray on but ants were still there so the second day i went to reception again and this time was lady called Sol who was lovely and changed our room immediately without any hesitation.

Very warm welcome, impeccable cleanliness, smiling and polite chambermaids, very respectful.
The food: I'm French so it's true that at home we are the best, at the hotel for breakfast,
the buffet is varied there is something for everyone the only thing I missed was a real orange juice, there were machines for fruit juices no taste and salted butter the staff at the restaurant their way of getting rid of when the plate is barely finished it's not too great for me it bothered me and also I found that the indoor pool was small compared to the photos and not very hot.

Our expectations were met. Super nice staff. Wifi surprisingly also very good. The food was delicious. Fish and the like was freshly fried for one. We were very satisfied and would like to come again.
If you want to go to the Ballermann and want to party, I don't recommend the hotel. It's an hour's walk to get there, which is very long.
I posted a few examples: the view from a courtyard view, example food (what we got/prepared) some of it is dinner, others from breakfast. I also took a picture of the aisle with me. On a picture you can also see where you could get something to eat, among other things, but there were other options.

Decent place - lack of kettle and ancillaries for coffee and tea making - sorted after I spoke to the desk - not busy but I’m sure she hat will change as the summer arrives!

Parking can be tricky in this neighborhood. We got lucky when we parked right in front of the building. Very walkable to the boardwalk.

What i didn't like at the hotel that you to pay for the safety locker in your room, they dont provide water, so a strict minimum unless you have purchased with breakfast. Beside the hotel is close to can pastilla beach walkable distance, a nice beach if you walk a little bit down to get a better view, cleaner water. Its a very nice area where there a lot of restaurant and night activities. You rent bicycle on site, best options to go around the island is renting a car

Great location to Can Pastilla restaurants, bars and seafront (can Pastilla is a great resort to we found great restaurants and nice bars and all reasonable priced), great pool, loads of sun beds, lovely breakfast (loads of choice), pool bar food was great, hotel was clean and modern and the service was first rate. Very minor negatives were having to pay for the safe in the room and the bedrooms were a bit basic (the beds are fine but not super comfy as well) Also if you don’t like plane noise don’t stay in Can Pastilla as it’s only 10 mins from the airport so there are planes flying virtually over the hotel all day (we couldn’t care less and found it pretty cool to watch them so close though!). Overall we had a fantastic time and I would recommend staying here to anyone.

A week long stay at the hotel with no complaints. Did not have any meals at the hotel, and used it for a base while exploring the island. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nothing fancy, but in my opinion a great value proposition. Not many parking spots for the guests, so you might not get a parking spot. Would consider another stay in the future.

Everything was great about the property, it was also very clean however the front desk staff overcharged my card by 200€! I asked for cash instead because it’s ridiculous to wait one week for the bank to refund me the total amount charged and also pay for the room again in one go. But they refused and they left me with my hands tied with a tight budget on vacation I needed to relax in.

Very poor customer service. We will never stay here again. The cooling system didn’t work, and it’s near the airport flight path so opening doors meant loud noise. We were also concerned about the many birds we heard outside flying in. We didn’t sleep at all. The most important thing at a hotel is the ability to get a good night of sleep. We had one full day visiting beautiful Palma, and it was ruined for us because we were so tired and frustrated.
Customer service matters. We waited before writing this review to give the hotel a chance to provide good service. They did not. Front desk said it would be fixed within three hours. It wasn’t. Then they told us it had already been fixed. It wasn’t. Other guests spoke up on our behalf, and then it was fixed within 15 minutes. Why wasn’t our description sufficient? We asked for a refund or compensation. They told us to speak to the manager the next day. The manager said he wasn’t authorized and to write head office. Multiple emails were sent the following week and none were answered.
It’s a decent room in a good location, but totally worthless with such poor customer service. Awful experience. We’ve stayed elsewhere in Palma for a similar location and had a much better visit. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. ****We very, very rarely write a negative review. This one is well deserved unfortunately, and we would hate for others to go through this.
