Although it is called an all-inclusive hotel, the dining time is not synchronized with the hotel check-in and check-out time. The buffet lunch I booked could not be eaten at all. I asked to check out at 12:00 on the 28th, and the lunch did not start until 1:30 pm. The hotel ignored it. Although Ctrip refunded part of the fee, the entire itinerary plan was ruined and the fee was not consistent.

Decent hotel with basic amenities, can have a better breakfast buffet. They charge hotel tax at the property only came as a surprise as we thought all the charges are paid upfront.

Esta semana acudí con mi pareja de vacaciones y sin duda alguna lo recomiendo, el servicio por parte de todo es personal fue bueno, la entrega de nuestra habitación fue super rápida, el botones muy amable, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, en todo momento estuvo limpia y sin problemas, el personal de restaurante bien, el bar excelente, el ambiente y lugar muy cálidos y amenos, no es lujoso pero es el servicio justo por lo que se paga, los alimentos ricos aunque si es poca la variedad que se ofrece en cuanto a platillos. Sin duda regresaría una vez más. Excelente servicio y felicidades 👏🏻👏🏻

A very nice stay, I traveled with 5 friends and the truth is that it was a very nice experience. A hotel that is very well suited to its quality/price. A thank you to all the staff for their attention, especially Julio at the pool bar, also to all the dining room staff and the people at the snack bar at the large pool. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and many thanks to the cleaning staff. Nice pools and there is a live music show at night, varied every night, of a very good level. I recommend it without a doubt.

The buffet schedule was horrible. They didn't want to give us bottles of water. Annoying employees. Bad food. Horrible place. It doesn't have a beach. It's under construction. Horrible comfortable rooms. Bad customer service. Only one pool. Good reservations. It doesn't have any information.
