After searching the internet, I booked a budget hotel. It was a hotel I chose because I had no intention of staying in the hotel zone, but it was connected to a large shopping mall and Chedraui, so we used it very comfortably. At first, the entrance can be found right away with Google Maps, but the door is opened with a card, so you might be confused. There was someone who went in just in time, so we went in comfortably and entered the hotel through the E3 floor. It's an apartel type, but by my standards, it was clean and friendly. The pool is open 24 hours, so you can use it whenever you want. I went to the deluxe room to use the washing machine, but I didn't use it in the end.. I liked the deluxe room because it was spacious.

The location is very convenient as there is a shopping mall nearby.
Hotel receptionists are also friendly. (There was one unfriendly middle-aged fat man. That's the only disappointing thing.) Security was very friendly and made me feel happy.

Excellent value for money. The hotel is located in a single complex with a shopping center, where there are all the necessary shops and restaurants. Thanks to the guys at the front desk for recommending Sanborns, a great place to find diet food for a person with gluten intolerance and pancreatitis. Great place, will come back again.

Estávamos em 4 adultos pedimos suite de 2 quartos 1 com cama de casal outro com 2 de solteiro. Os quartos e as sala tem TV.Um quarto tem armário outro tem closet, 2 banheiros. Máquina de lavar roupa ( o que foi muito útil). A localização é privilegiada ficando próximo a tudo. Recebemos um cartão de elevador que nos dá acesso ao shopping (tem uma porta de acesso para o complexo Malecon). Limpeza muito boa. Café da manhã não é tão variado quanto os hotéis brasileiros, porém tem boas opções. Cozinha equipada (tem mercado dentro do shopping) , vista linda. Fica a uns 10 ou 15 minutos do centrinho da zona hoteleira, o que evita o barulho das baladas a noite. Vista pro mar, lago zona hoteleira e da janela da cozinha para a cidade de Cancun. Funcionários bilíngue ( inglês e espanhol). O tamanho da suíte, a localização e a qualidade do atendimento e móveis/ equipamentos nos surpreendeu.

It’s so sad to watch this hotel, that I frequent , go down hill so fast. The manager obviously does not care about the condition . They charge $100 USD cash for deposit to stay, yet there is no pool chairs , no pool service as the pool is disgustingly dirty. Furniture in hotel is filthy and desperately needs replacing .
