Location is at north goa. Good spacious rooms. Near by market also. Services are good. For food, it is better to explore nearby restaurants

Stay was good. But there was some service issue for which i have to fight with them to resolve it and than it was a very smooth stay. I would rated them 4. 5 but that was not in option.

Evoke is a beautiful property very convenient location ample parking close to beach and the rooms were spacious but they were smelling of mould and fungus. Cleanliness was a big issue, small cockroaches were there. Breakfast was a big struggle since some group people consumed everything.

Very nice place for family and friends. Spacious apartment and clean. Tasty food and good service. Staff is polite. Swimming pool is clean spent lovely time.

We got 2 bedroom for reasonable rate but rooms were smelly there were small cockroaches running around worst part was lift was not working. Rooms were on second floor and restaurant on 4th floor. Breakfast was ok with limited options. There are lots of dogs on roads nearby which were barking all night

We went there and didn’t find the property as expected agter which we booked lemon tree amarante. We asked mm t for refund but since 29th they are still reaolving this matter

We had stayed here last year and in one year the place has deteriorated. Clogged basins, not so clean linen, issues with electric fittings and hardly any hot water and absolutely dirty pool and pool area that has to manning or towels. Only good thing is size of apartment which works if you are 4-5 people. It used to be a good place but now needs upgrade. Good
