Definitely very happy with our stay. Close to bus station to go to Banff. And 10-15min walk to Canmore downtown. There’s definitely closer locations but for the amount that we paid, we’re very happy with the stay. The comforters are super warm and comfy. But I must say the bathroom flushes are quite weak lol. Another thing is the key card that tend to deactivate on their own (it happened twice), which created an inconvenience to come down to get them to reactivate it. And when I brought it up to the front desk they basically blamed me for putting the card close to my phone which will demagnetize it, instead of educating and apologizing. But otherwise good stay!

Bed was small and air conditioning was noisy. Didn't like the placement of bathroom door as it made it impossible to pass from living area to bedroom when open. Elevator was slow. Hotel though was nice enough for a few nights and seemed clean. Accomodations in Banff/Canmore are expensive.

Hotel was a disappointment. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful but one night the staff member seemed more interested in chatting to his friend. Rooms definitely need up dating and there was only one very slow lift. Also if you go on a bus tour be aware that it quite a walk to the pick up point. This was an especial nuisance on the day we left as we had to drag our cases for 25 minutes to get to the coach.

I am currently staying here. I wish I had read the reviews before booking, as the review noting the location being close to a busy road was 100% accurate. Frankly I have no idea how people can sleep in rooms on this side of the building. I’m not a particularly light sleeper.

Oh my goodness! Absolutely in LOVE with this location!!! The staff was so cordial, it was a pleasure staying here. No matter what we asked, they were right there taking care of everything! Amazing coffee in the lobby. PERFECT room! Comfortable beds. Restaurant on site. Beautiful view. Extremely fair price. This is the one place I would surely recommend to anyone visiting Canmore! Thank you for such a beautiful & pleasurable experience!

This place has the worst elevator ever. They are a busy place and 1 elevator. It is insanely slow, and it stops on floors when Noone is even there. We couldn't take the stairs most of the time, as we were there for a hockey tournament and carrying hockey bags up 3 flights of stairs wasn't happening. Also, the bathroom is way to small for $300 a night. We were also very annoyed that guest services called us as we were leaving to see if we were headed out..I have never had this before and we felt it was very rude as we just spent $1200 here. The housekeepers were nowhere near our room, so it's not like if we were a few minutes late there we were holding them up. This hotel is also pretty dated given how much you pay.

The photos on ******* must be over 10 years old. You can imagine my disappointment upon checking into the room. The room is so old looking and the furnitures falling apart. The lighting is so dim and gloomy. If I could get a refund I’m getting out of this place. This place is over priced for the dated conditions. It’s located on a busy main road and you can hear traffic throughout the night so bring ear plugs if you decide to stay here.
