Service and employees were very helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed. Food was excellent. Always enjoy free breakfast when traveling. Will return in the future. Thank you! 👍

Basically an older hotel that is barely keeping up. The rooms were fine, staff pleasant. Hallways were poorly lit and hotel decor outdated. The lounge closed an hour early both nights. Staff politely pointed out the liquor store nearby. There was no ice in the only ice machine. When I asked the front desk they said “Yeah it has been broke since last summer”… Last Summer! They did cheerfully fill my ice chest from the back but still… also they had a hard time getting the Front Desk check in technology to work, seems to be an ongoing issue. I also had to get a hotel Tech Guy to get the TV remote to work with the TV. That said it was $50 a night cheaper than the nearby (and new) Holiday Inn Express, so as a value purchase I feel I got what I paid for.

Reported to front desk hair dryer didn't work after first night, nothing was done. No water in vending machine, ice machine was broke. Room wasn't serviced and never got clean towels. No information in room on facility procedures

Let me start off by saying, every front desk person was amazing. Friendly and helpful no matter what time a day we had to come to the desk. With me being a very early riser having coffee in the lobby ready was wonderful. It saved me from waking up my family if i had to make it in the room. Breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. My one disappointment was the clean factor in the room. I opened up the cupboard under the sink and found a used bottle of personal lubricant. Im just glad it was me that found it and not my daughter. There was so much dirt and hair in the drawers. I understand the hotel has been there for years but theres no reason the rooms cant be cleaned properly. And i say that as a former head housekeeper/housekeeper of this facility years ago.

Great all around. Shower was amazing. Pool access from room. Comfy bed. Couldnt ask for more. Very friendly and helpful staff
