The location of this accommodation is perfect. Just 10-15 minutes walk from Canterbury West Train Station. There is a Sainsbury's local at the corner and the main street is just 2 minutes walk. The host is very nice and friendly. The room is clean, bed sheet and duvet smell good. For amenities, there are only hand wash and body wash, you have to bring your own stuffs. It's a good experience to stay in this accomodation.

A small family store with a great location, but it's quite old. The paid parking lot you contacted takes 7 minutes to walk, but it's acceptable since it's in the city center after all.

This b n b was delightful! Olde worlde and full of character. Room clean and comfortable, breakfast lovely. The man who runs it is a regular one-man-band, he does everything and does it very well, couldn't have been more helpful. Great stay!

run down, tired , old fashioned. no nearby parking. noisy street, cul de sac with wagons reversing down, rowdy street noise . manager demanded cash as his card machine which was allegedly not working , was ringing my wife who booked the accommodation telling her our bags would be put on the street unless we paid by 9 pm . awful place . avoid

I really don't understand the ridiculous negative reviews that this place is getting, I can only assume people were expecting something like the Ritz. Sure, it's not the most luxurious hotel, it's a Grade 2 listed building which limits what upkeep can be done to the place. Room was small, but bed was comfortable and had the en suite bathroom too. Breakfast was continental and perfectly good, ignore the reviews which say otherwise! Full marks go to Sanjeewa who works so hard and runs the place almost entirely on his own, there was nothing that he wasn't prepared to do for you. I wouldn't mind staying here again if I happened to visit Canterbury again.

Stayed here for 1 night with my friend . We stayed in the twin room on the ground floor . The manager was very welcoming and helped us organise parking nearby . The hotel is in a good location . These are the only positives . The place is very tired looking , run down and feels unclean . I did not want to take my shoes off in the room!The carpets were sticky and the shower was broken . It’s needs a complete overhaul !The bed sheets were fine thankfully but the mattresses were not that comfortable. We were also woken up at 4 am by a lorry delivery . Breakfast was passable . I would not recommend this place .
