The main pool was closed for remodel and other areas including indoor play area has been closed for remodel for approximately four years. Just feels like with all the amenities down so would the prices but they have not changed.

A summer family tradition for us - reserving 3 villas for our family. All comfortable and close together. Great options for beach and pools. We tend to go to the beach from 9-12 and back to villa for lunch - then to the pools where the kids live to swim all day and up until 10 PM. Villas are all in great shape and makes for a wonderful home away from home for a week

I liked everything BUT the raccoons that were Randomly walking around the pool where my kids were in the evening, and on the walking paths. It was very uncomfortable, they are not afraid of people and you can see where they’re being feed in the walking trails. That was the only thing that I was very uncomfortable with, especially having kids that like to take daily runs thru those trails. Everything else was beautiful and we really enjoyed ourselves!

Great hotel, watch out for the time share catch. In a quiet area but wouldn’t mind more services to be in the area. A bit of a walk to the beach if you are in the first 2 buildings, but could take the carts to shorten the walk. Overall, the staff was courteous. Make sure you stand in the right area for the restaurant and tiki bar are they may not pay attention to you.

This property has EVERYTHING!! From the amenities to the staff, our stay was wonderful. Everyone in the area is so friendly. This was our third visit to this resort and will not stay anywhere else, it is excellent for both family vacations to romantic, relaxing getaways.

Perfect spot in cape canaveral near the beach and port. 5 minute walk to the beach from the main building. Great service. Very helpful when you need towels or driving services. Great environment around the pool and hot tub. Lazy river and slide were closed so that was unfortunate but overall great experience! Also, nice to have the sauna in the gym!

This is a super family friendly resort. Lots of activities and pool with water features. We enjoyed our unit and the amenities. Nice staff except food servers all rude watch they get automatic tips added to all checks.
