I got the value for the money. The staff were always there to help and support me whenever I needed them. The vehicles were there at the exact time scheduled for transfers and the food were also ready at the time it is said to be.

Lovely staff, very helpful, excellent and safe location. The staff were very helful to organise their meeting rooms etc and accomodate all our requests. There are also shopping malls and good restaurants nearby

Hotel and front desk staff amazing, gracious and helpful. However breakfast was a disaster, no one on duty to refill empty plates on the buffet, it's a pity because everything else was just perfect. Please fix your breakfast buffet.

i would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. i was there for five days and had asked for the staff to refill a shower gel. i even left after 5 days and it was still not filled. I even opened it and left it on plain sight, the cleaners closed it and put it back without even refilling it for 5 straight days.

This is the second stay at this hotel and they have the same issues. The air conditioning is a big issue, the rooms are very hot. The corridor smell like chicken coop, especially in the night. The tiles are dirty.

Maybe I expected more of a better experience than what I encountered. Despite all efforts to remind the receptionist to consider my concern on the cleanliness of my bathroom that had visible long hair all over the wall which could be easily seen from a distance, that fell on deaf ears. Otherwise all other services are better.

There was no hot breakfast on 2 days. Egg station was also closed on 2 days as well. Cold showers and low water pressure due to load shedding. On the positive, staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Nice place, there are a few things like powershed, I didn't know of and during this time it is not possible to have a shower. But the Personal is very friendly and helpful. It is a good place to stay, I felt very secure all times.
