Un-satisfying
I was overly unimpressed by the service and condition of my stay. My room which looks straight into the street, had broken curtains, which did not close properly, the room smelt like mold and stale damp, so much so I went to buy air-freshener. There was also no forks or water in the room. The walls are so thin I could hear every movement of my neighbours, and this contributed to a disturbed sleep.

It was good value for money and we stayed for one evening. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable.

An okay stay; Very noisy Neighbours. The divider between the rooms and wooden floors didnt do much to help with the last noise. Showers and bathrooms arent up to scratch at all. Not on that shower drain blocks flooding whole bathroom and mats provided. This left a stench the next morning. We would have extended our stay however the bathrooms were truly disappointing. An "OK" stay unfortunately. Appreciate that the room was freshly painted just before our check in however the paint smell was also not great. Floors still had some sand aswell from the burst pipe renovations done. Bed was comfortable and clean though.

No aircon or fans provided, sheets are of poor quality, finishings in apartment were poor - loose wirings cracked tiles, ceiling was open, toilet was running the whole night, curtains are so thin they let all light through

Two major issues were the moldy showers and excessive noise in the early hours of the morning, after driving for 9 hours. All we wanted was to rest before our next trip.

Loved the place, it was clean and tidy, everything was orderly, we were met with very friendly faces, which was cool... I t really enjoyed the food, they have a nice breakfast as well.. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in helderburg... it's also really accessible to everything

We stayed there for 8 days and to be honest if we could we would have stayed longer.🫣but had to go back home.
