This hotel is worth the money. The front desk staff was very friendly and responsive. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent because the Waterfront is only 5-10 minutes away. There is tons to do at the Waterfront. Purchase a breakfast at the hotel because it is excellent. It is a buffet with excellent food. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel with an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the waterfront. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Although I didn't have breakfast during my stay, it looked quite good. Overall, considering the price and the convenient location, I have no complaints about my experience at the hotel.

The deluxe double room I booked was obviously a twin room put together. Bad review! The location is really good. You can see Table Mountain and the pier from the balcony. It's close to the V&A Pier and is convenient for eating and shopping. But the room was too small and the soundproofing was poor. The sound of cars and ships near the pier was very noisy. . . There have been frequent power outages recently, there are no standard sockets, and the facilities are a bit outdated. The breakfast must be praised, it is very rich. After staying for five days, I feel that there is no change. . .

I don't think it is a four stars hotel, there is no breakfast, no lunch, no gym, the receptionists are all cold. Regardless I checked in very late, but they required all to check out by 11am. That is really inconvenient. I book the family room, the sofa bed is next to a very noisy air-conditioner outlet, and the sofa bed is too heavy to move, maybe it was fixed to the floor. Will not consider to stay there again.

Good location, very close to the V&A pier. Two minutes from going out is the hop on hop off tourist station. The room facilities are good, the bed is very comfortable. Living on the sixth floor can have harbour or Table Mountain views. The front desk service attitude is good. The buffet breakfast is very rich.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Someone from hotel’s staff stole money from our room during our day trip. We got no help from the management staff, they were reluctant to call the police. Hotel’s management ensured that they would carry out an internal investigation, using a lie detector within the employees, IT WAS A REALLY BAD JOKE ACTUALLY!!!! This hotel is not safe at all, staff is very rude and the premises and rooms are dirty as well.

I always feel at home when I stay there. The atmosphere feels homelike and cozy, plus the staff make you feel like you are family. The restaurant is very good with a wide selection of dishes. The bar is well stocked with a selection of different brands. You are likely to meet some friends there and enjoy a drink or more.
