We were very happy with everything and the hosts made us feel at home. The rooms are super clean. There is no on site parking so we chose to use Uber for our trip which was very efficient and much more convenient than using our own vehicle.

We had a great time at Altona, beautiful hotel, our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious. We felt safe, relaxed and comfortable. Cathrin was very helpful and gave us some hints about what to do in Cape Town especially where to start our hiking adventure to Table Mountain 👍. The location was also a plus and overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Super Aufenthalt - Das Team bemüht sich sehr und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Bester Service, tolle Empfehlungen und Tipps, die man bekommt. Klasse Dusche. WLAN okay, Frühstück großartig. Sehr gepflegte Anlage in 1a Lage: Greenpoint, einem Stadtviertel, das als sicher zählt. Diverse Restaurants, Apotheke, Supermarkt in der Nähe. Auch nahe an einem Park gelegen. Kurzer Weg zur Waterfront. Dort gibt es Malls und man kann Ausflüge ( Helikopter, Robben Island, etc. ) buchen und von dort aus starten. Altona Lodge: Klare Empfehlung. Wenn ich wieder nach Kapstadt komme, werde ich hier gerne wiederkommen.

Very lovely place to stay! The room is extremely nice, everything is very clean. It's kept clean, feels like home from home there. The location is excellent. A nice quiet spot not far from the town center. You can walk to V&A Waterfront, Sea Point Promenade, Stadium, downtown and Long Street, supermarkets... Very friendly owner and staff are helping you with any inquiries you may have. Owner was so nice and helped a lot on suggesting and booking activity. I was travelling solo and I got all help from owner on the area information and activity details. He will arrange taxi as well also he will help you on anything on anytime actually. I felt safe and secured. I am grateful! I sincerely recommend "Altona Lodge" accommodation in Cape Town! I left Cape Town with beautiful memories!

Altona is a very nice place to stay with very great hosts who are friendly and always willing to help. They go all out to make your stay comfortable. The lodge is close to key amenities. My go to place always

We had a wonderful stay at this lodge. The local owns great accomodation combined with excellent service from the staff and owners, which are people absolutely nice and amazing. And the property is very well located. We will be back for sure.

Stayed at the Altona Lodge two times during the same trip. Totally worth it. The place has everything you need and is perfectly located. Also, fantastic hosts who go the extra mile to provide advice and recommendations.

Heel gunstig gelegen, rustige veilige buurt. Gastvrijheid was top, onze kamer ruim en super schoon. Elke dag schoongemaakt bedden gedekt echt heerlijk en het ontbijt is ruim voldoende. Doordat er een gast niet kwam mochten wij zonder problemen onze kamer gebruiken totaan de nachtvlucht!
