I really don't feel good about even reviewing it. Let's keep it simple. 1. It was difficult to find the entrance, parking lot, and reception upon arrival.
2. I had to wait in front of the parking gate in the evening until the staff came because the parking lot key didn't work.
3. I asked the staff because the internet wasn't working, and she said she was giving me other option. The option was the Internet passwords on the upper and lower floors. It was so absurd, not the internet resolution in our room, but I used only one of them because it was only possible.
4. The staff never said sorry when they complained about this, and gave excuses and other reasons.
5. The blanket cover was not newly washed, but it had been cleaned up and smelly with traces of previous use. It was so dirty, and my daughter had to sleep in one room all because she was bitten by a bug.

price/quality ratio is at a very good level, I recommend it to everyone
- large room, beautiful interior, excellent location, service. very good area.
- the rooms are in need of some minor repairs, as the hob and some furniture were slightly damaged. but all the equipment works. We left food packaging in the kitchen, and in the morning we found a cockroach there.
in general there were only good impressions

The apartment is spacious, clean and luxurious. Lovvvvvve the bathrooms. I had a very relaxing stay at the Residences at Crystal Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was refreshing and had a wide selection of foods. The location is convenient, close to Canal Walk which we walked to often to buy whatever we needed to make our stay more enjoyable and visiting Hillsong Church opposite the road was an amazing experience.

Everything was beautiful.Apartment was clean .lovely spacious room ,lovely shower ,spacious .Towel warm brilliant especially in this cold weather .Service was brilliant from front desk from check in to checkout .Followup we’re done to enquire if we needed assistance

Hotel location was perfect. However my third stay at the hotel and the aircon and tv were not working and nothing was done, even though it was escalated to reception. Hotel is very clean and rooms are a great size.
