Hotel booked and fully paid for on Trip but surprise: when you arrive you must pay mandatory additional costs, in addition to the tourist tax, for a total of €29/day corresponding to “services” (package including card to access the room, cleaning of it, towels for the swimming pool…) therefore an additional addition of 203€ to be paid upon arrival on the 1490€ for two, breakfast only, already paid.
You are not allowed to go into the swimming pool without a swimming cap. The breakfast is not great. No small convenience stores around. You have to go to Monopoli for this (it's best to rent a car for the week anyway so you can visit the area). As much as some members of the staff are very friendly, others barely respond to you.. (breakfast room)
Overall, we experienced much better for less money. Positive point of the hotel: the rooms are correct.
A big thank you to Trips.com for their follow-up during our stay and their professionalism because the costs to be paid in addition to the price already paid are not mentioned anywhere when you book on the internet regardless of the site.

Ottima posizione, dal villaggio si può raggiungere Monopoli con il bus che passa davanti all'ingresso; Polignano, Alberobello e Ostuni sono tutte nell'intorno per un'uscita anche in mezza giornata. Volendo Matera è a un'ora e mezza. Il villaggio è organizzato ottimamente, con una piscina più "dinamica" ed una più votata al relax. Si mangia molto bene ed a cena ci sono sempre delle specialità locali. L'organizzazione è molto buona, solo una volta è capitata la pulizia della stanza alle 15, ma non un gran problema. La spiaggia non c'è, costa rocciosa, ma spostandosi un po' fuori dal villaggio si trovano senza problemi. Ci è piaciuto tutto, lo consigliamo.

Siamo stati accolti in un clima familiare fin da subito... bar e ristorazione personale altamente gentile e preparato ragazzi dell animazione super e direzione con rispettivi responsabili pronti ad esaudire qualsiasi richiesta... ci ritornerò sicuramente!

Bellissimo il posto,bravissimi il personale, Veramente da provare. Anche l'animazione Franco Rosso perfetto, compreso gli spettacoli serali. Anche durante il giorno. Direi perfetto sia se vuoi rilassarti sia se vuoi partecipare agli spazi come a bocce o tennis,ecc. Ottimo

Ho soggiornato al Villaggio Torre Cintola in Puglia e l'esperienza è stata fantastica! Il villaggio è molto bello, con un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. Le camere sono confortevoli e sempre pulitissime, ideali per riposare dopo una giornata di mare, nelle piscine (di cui una con acqua salata) e divertimento. Il cibo è davvero ottimo, con una grande varietà di piatti di alta qualità, che accontentano tutti i gusti. D'altronde siamo in Puglia! 😉 Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff di animazione, che ha reso le nostre giornate ancora più allegre e spensierate. In particolare, Alessandro, merita una menzione: nel giorno del mio compleanno mi ha coinvolta in diverse attività, sempre con tatto e senza mai essere invadente, permettendomi di divertirmi in modo naturale. Tornerò sicuramente, perché questo villaggio ha saputo regalarci una vacanza perfetta!

Struttura davvero scenografica, pulita e ben curata. Purtroppo, si riscontra una carenza di professionalità in certi aspetti. Posto fantastico, centrale per vedere le principali attrattive della Valle d’Itria. Animazione fantastica e non invadente , abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il mini club. Cibo ottimo ed abbondante quasi sempre accompagnato da intrattenimento musicale. Consigliatissimo.
