Hot spring Hotels in Caraguatatuba

We had a fds that served us perfectly, easy access to the center and restaurants, friendly staff and staff, cleaning, huge swimming pool and very good morning coffee.

I got the chance to stay for a business visit. The hotel is very familiar and the guests are not troublemakers. By the checkin counter, i got the gentle smile of the manager and she was great while explaining me all the hotel book of rules, which naturally include parking, covid thing, power feed in the room's electric sockets (220v-BR-3 round displaced pins), they have socket adaptors for those who need, and so on. The entrance price room was small but enough for what i needed. I cannot mentiona bout the others. They have a cosy swimming pool and a very confortable restaurante. I would definitely recommend this Pousada. Fiquei nesta pousada para uma viagem de negócios. O hotel tem ambiente familiar e os clientes não são os tipos causadores de problemas. Já na chegada, fui recebido com um gentil sorriso da gerente Paloma, que foi toda cuidados em me explicar todas as regras do hotel, inclusive, estacionamento, covid, voltagem das tomadas (220v) no padrão brasileiro de três pinos redondos com o central deslocado. Pode pedir na recepção por adaptadores a este padrão. Fiquei no quarto mais barato e sim, era o menor, mas suficiente para o que eu precisava. Não posso mencionar os outros. Uma aconchegante piscina e um restaurante confortável. Eu definitivamente recomendo esta pousada e me hospedarei mais vezes.

Nos hospedamos na Pousada Porto do Rio. Achamos super bonita a pousada por fora. E o local em si, internamente, é bem bonito também. Ao chegarmos, o senhor grisalho que recepciona, tem certas brincadeiras impróprias, e ao notar que não gostamos desse tipo de coisa, ficou sem graça. Pois bem, o check in, como tinham pessoas de trainee, aprendendo os procedimentos, foi um pouco mais demorado que o habitual. Esse senhor, bem como a funcionária trainee, nos apresentaram o quarto, e o local onde é o quarto é extremamente simples. As paredes estão bastante deterioradas. A cama é bem desconfortável, tem um buraco no meio que gera extrema dor nas costas para dormir. Os travesseiros também não são bons. O único amenitie que a pousada oferece é o sabonete. São 4 sabonetes bem pequenininhos. Na entrada para os quartos ocorreu um episodio que gerou extremo incomodo. Tinha um papel higienico sujo com prefiro não imaginar o que, no jardim da pousada. Mas tão logo notificamos os funcionários, já resolveram e higienizaram o local. Alguns fatores como a pressão da torneira precisam de urgente atenção. Ocorre uma molhadeira no quarto por conta disso. Outra situação é a respeito da higienização das piscinas do hotel. Não sei como alguém teve coragem de entrar após a enorme utilização durante o feriadao, no domingo por exemplo, estava gosma pura a piscina climatizada e CHEIA de sujeiras, insetos, cabelos, e o que mais possa imaginar. Nesse momento, não tivemos coragem de entrar. Mas observamos que várias pessoas entraram apesar dessa péssima condição de higiene. A piscina comum estava mais ok, mas também suja. Achei o café da manhã da pousada sensacional. Excelentes opções, variedade, reposição frequente, e ótimo sabor. O pão de queijo estava maravilhoso, bem como o suco de goiaba. Um ótimo café da manhã. No entanto, notei que não houve troca da toalha das mesas do cafe da manha durante nossa estadia.. o que é algo bastante grave. Como ponto positivo na pousada é a respeito principalmente da rapidez na entrega dos pedidos feitos no restaurante do local. Pedimos uma poção de cação e sucos de abacaxi e limão que estavam esplêndidos, deliciosos. Chegaram extremamente rápidos e com sabor incrível. Tinham diversos animais no entorno da pousada, como capivara, pássaros, e vários outros. Vale a pena levar um repelente, pois tem bastante insetos no local. Tem redes no jardim da pousada para descansar e relaxar. O check out foi bastante agil. Um ponto importante de mencionar é a respeito da distância da pousada dos restaurantes e praias de Caragua mais relevantes. O local é realmente bem distante desses pontos. Resumindo: a pousada não tem uma cama das mais confortáveis e alguns aspectos de higiene pecam bastante. Não voltaria ao local, mas julgo valer a pena que conheçam.

The place is pleasant, has air conditioning, the room is well spacious, has balcony with table and chairs, all rooms have view of the sea, in the bathroom has a dryer, the pool has adult and child and has spaghetti and balls to play, as I was in April, I found the water a little cold, it would be legal if in that colder time they warm the water, we could enjoy more, near has a child space and pet space, without telling you have a cup with dishes, cushions and microwaves, Their own rooms are very good, and they also offer chairs, sunshine and towels to take us to the beach. I found the restaurant very expensive, it is not to be more empty, if the prices were lower all guests would eat there, but unfortunately we use other restaurants and deliveries. The Wi-Fi in the rooms is virtually not working, the best places to use and in the pool and balcony. The staff service is ok. The beach is not very good because it is a tombo beach.
