Un desastre. Encontré toallas manchadas con sangre, pelos en el baño,tazas sucias. La limpieza en general tanto del departamento como del edificio fue muy mala. Muy mala calidad constructiva, se escuchaba todo de otras unidades y de la calle. No volveré.

Toda la estadía fue excelente. El personal muy amable y muy bien predispuestos! La limpieza del cuarto inmejorable! El desayuno espectacular y muy completo.Todos los amenities funcionaron a la perfección, gimnasio, sauna y piletas impecables.Sin duda voy a volver!

Hermosas las instalaciones! Todo muy limpio, prolijo y alineado con la sustentabilidad y sostenibilidad. Entorno natural, muy verde, muy propicio para el descanso y disfrute. Esta a 60mts de la mejor playa de Carilo y a 5 cuadras del centro comercial. Tiene enfrente un restaurante de pastas muy bueno. La sección de spa es un 10! Excelente atención de la recepción y todo el personal. Muy rico el desayuno 🤩

Los chicos en recepción brindan mala atención y dudosa. Fuimos a reservar una sombrilla para el balneario Hemingwey con el q tienen descuento y mientras estábamos haciendo la reserva, vino un empleado de atrás y nos canceló la reserva diciendo q no tenían más disponibilidad, cuando el empleado q nos atendió nos había dicho q si. Luego averiguamos en Hemingwey y nos dijeron q si tenían disponibilidad, pero q debíamos arreglar con Destinar. Muy raro. No deberían ofrecer ese servicio si no te lo van a dar. Por otro lado, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, el departamento para 4 , no es para 4, es para 2! Las fotos son engañosas. La limpieza de las habitaciones y del sector pileta climatizada no es buena. No hay correspondencia entre el precio y la calidad.
