A fast hotel in the guise of Lego, but kids love it. There are Lego toys to play with outside and many activities. The room has bunk beds, which can be opened to allow one person to sleep, so it can accommodate two adults and three children. It couldn't be more convenient to go to Legoland! The food is OK, not expensive, and there is a password box. After unlocking it, two bags of Lego toys were given. In short, it is a paradise for children of the right age. Adults don't need to have too much expectations. It is not a five-star hotel.

On their first night in San Diego, the children were surrounded by a strong Lego atmosphere. They were so excited that their fatigue and sleepiness disappeared. The entire design inside and out is cleverly conceived, which not only opens the children's eyes, but also enables them to actually experience various rare immersive experiences. What a great start to the holiday, thank you! 🌹😊

I'll start this review with the room, it's a good price for what they offer, since it's a room with 3 beds for children and a big bed for the couple, the room is decorated with the LEGO theme, it has a box of legos and a treasure box, my daughter liked it a lot and if she liked it, obviously I liked it too. Something that I as an adult liked was the breakfast buffet, it is really worth having breakfast here, there is a lot of food to choose from, all the food is very tasty. a congratulations to the chefs and waiters. The staff, I have been to other places like Disneyland and the staff is very unfriendly, in Legoland this did not happen to me, all the staff was very attentive to my family from the girl who helped me check in Adela, who was always very kind and with a smile, to the staff working in the lobby with Jorge who was very attentive and gentlemanly, he gave us a minifigure and badges and brought us water, and how not to forget the service of Bellman, I do not remember the name of the boy but they are all great. The hotel offers afternoon activities for children, such as storytelling, lego disco, among others. It only lacks one detail, activities for couples, but from then on everything is fine.

We really enjoyed our stay, our son absolutely loved the Ninjago themed room. However, a couple of items have left a really bad impression. First was that we paid extra to have a balcony - unfortunately our balcony faced the parking lot and the pool bathrooms. Had I known, I would have NEVER paid extra for this. Second is we left a robe and bathing suit hanging in the bathroom. Every day I get a “we are looking for your items” bot email. We basically are never going to receive our items. Which I guess we should have expected as the hotel is run by teenagers. There’s no front desk (or front desk manager), it’s just a young kid with an iPad or a self check in machine, that’s it. Trying to speak to an actual person that can help/do something is frustrating. A traditional hotel would have found the items and gotten back to us within a few hours. I will say the breakfast buffet is amazing, there is something for everyone and more. Seating is extremely cramped though. The castle hotel is much more worth the high prices, we will not stay at this hotel again.

The boys loved all the Legos they got to play with and the treasure after the scavenger hunt was an added bonus. The text service was very convenient and quick to respond. But, We missed most of the night events because we didn't know they were happening. I didn't see any signs of times or descriptions. We just happened to pass them on the way to dinner. I liked the service that Jorge in the lobby gave us, he really cares about the guests, he told us about some other attractions in the castle hotel and gave us minifigures and badges, I liked his work. I would've appreciated a 24 hour fitness centre or opened at 5am. I would have liked to workout before breakfast as opposed to skipping breakfast or doing it after the park. Bricks food is ok. Glad breakfast was included, but would skip the dinner buffet. Skyline is alright. Enjoyed the truffle fries and endless summer cocktail. Pass on the flatbread. Got the birthday package. It was a great value but we couldn't use the reserve and ride. By the time we wanted to use it, none of the ride options offered it. Overall a great experience, though.

The stay we had was 2 days, my wife and children came to have fun at Legoland, it was our first time in this place, we had previously visited Disney, but this time we wanted to try Lego. The hotel has a very cool elevator my wife loved it because of the disco music we went up and down a couple of times, my kids liked the room and the Lego box and the playground, even leaving the park you can have fun with the activities that are inside the hotel, the breakfast is very good and is included when you stay that will save you some money, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff very attentive as Jorge Ignacio who helped us to check in at all times very friendly. I think we'll come back first to Legoland we got a good deal and we felt very good.

I was there last weekend and found a bedbug on headboard in Legoland hotel, room 1014. It disappeared into the headboard seam. We were moved to castle but had the option to move to another floor. We were informed that a third party would investigate, but they do not work on weekends. We moved out on Thursday and received the report on Tuesday. The report states that there was no evidence of bed bugs, blood spots, or other live or dead insects, and that the room can be assembled and rented. Fortunately none of us have any bites but I'm still really paranoid about it. I am constantly checking our beds at home and every tickle or itch makes me think of bed bugs. It terrifies me that I gave them this photo and they still concluded there weren't any bugs and it seems that they didn't take any substantial action to prevent spread. It's even more frightening after being made aware of another guest who suffered many bites around the same time.

Staying in a hotel dedicated to Lego Blew the minds of our Lego obsessed kids. The Lego to play with, the disco elevator and the treasure chest hunt were a bonus! Breakfast buffet was great and a good amount of variety. The staff we super friendly and nice (jorge from the lobby welcomed us and showed us where our room was and gave us a minifigure as a gift - great job by him). The price for the standard family room was the same as other hotels in the area, so worth it for the unique experience. My children are aged 6,9,11years old and fit perfectly in the bunk bed and trundle 'kids only' alcove in the room. Legoland hotel was basically an extension to the park and being able to walk outside and straight to the gate was awesome. Only regret is not booking more than one night.
