The hotel one of the better hotels in bocagrande. The restaurant and rooftop is very nice. Very welcoming lobby. Service is quite good as well. One thing to note is you cannot bring back guess unless you have physical identification doesn't matter if they are family or friends. Staff is mostly respectful and pleasant. The laundry service was great also. Booked a junior rather nice room with great view. Special thank you to Wallis she was amazing helped me even on her day off

Excellent service. staff working there is very friendly and service. food is very good, the menu is varied and healthy. The hotel is very well located, allowing you to visit and know different sites nearby, including the beach.

Room is upgraded with balcony for additional pay at check-in counter. Good experience with late check out at 1pm.

I was upgraded to this property from the OZ luxury hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by this action and enjoyed the larger room. I’m not sure what there is to complain about for this hotel. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The check-in process was easy and when we asked for recommendations for restaurants they were happy to help. Breakfast each morning was different Columbian cuisine which I enjoy when traveling. It was fresh with a good variety of choices. If the local cuisine is not your liking they make eggs to order which is a nice added touch. I loved being in the Bocagrande area it isn’t as busy as the walled city it is more of a beach town vibe. Uber to the other attractions ranged from $3-6. I can say I fell in love with this property and Cartagena and look forward to coming back soon.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Cartagena with a courtyard inside that looks like a botanical garden. When I booked the hotel, I was a little worried after reading some not entirely positive reviews, but I do not regret staying here for three nights, especially since other hotels have more negative reviews. And  here is my conclusion. Great hotel with air conditioner in the room, swimming pool and rooftop which i really like. The staff is very friendly, some of them speak english, especially Juan David. This young guy speaks good english, he is very helpful and erudite. The other guys also left good impressions: Antony, Gustavo, Nilsa, Oscar The breakfast here is great, you feel like you are in a cafe, they will prepare food for you to order. The dining room is located on the fifth floor with a view of the city.  I read that some guests had complaints about the noise from the street. Guys, if you want to live in a quiet place, then you need to book a hotel on the outskirts of the city, but here in the very center and on the busiest street, do not expect that there will be silence. My room was inside  with a window to the courtyard, and there was no noise from the street. I give them five stars, and I really hope that the management will encourage their employees who try their best. And of course I recommend this boutique hotel. ---- Замечательный отель в самом сердце Картахены с двориком внутри похожим на ботанический сад.Когда я буковал отель то немного переживал прочитав несколько не совсем позитивных отзывов, но я не жалею что остановился здесь на три ночи, тем более что у других отелей больше негативных отзывав.И вот моё заключение.Отличный отель с кондиционером в комнате, бассейном и rooftop, что мне очень нравится.Персонал очень дружелюбный, часть из них говорит по-английски, особенно Хуан.Этот молодой парень хорошо говорит по-английски, он очень отзывчив и эрудирован.Другие парни тоже оставили хорошие впечатления: Antony, Gustavo, Nilsa, Oscar Завтрак здесь замечательный, вы чувствуете будто находитесь в кафе, они приготовят вам еду на заказ.Столовая расположена на пятом этаже с видои на город. The hotel environment is very good, clean and hygienic. The swimming pool is really beautiful to take pictures during the day and night. Because the children like swimming, I chose this hotel. The swimming pool water is clear and clean. It is recommended. Except for the breakfast, everything else is very good

The old 5 star hotel that stayed when I first came to CARTAGENA 10 years ago, was very impressed, especially for the courtyard layout, the swimming pool and the restaurant on the side. It arrived at around 10:00 am. It has been 28 hours flight and transfer from Beijing. It is really tired and I don’t want to wait until 3 pm (on the Intercontinental, I’ve received $50 for early check-in). The plan to stay; the front desk said that the room was ready to live, and agreed to advance the breakfast on the last day to the day, it is very rare, thank you! The front desk, restaurant and various services are very thoughtful, although the room looks old, still feel things Great value!
