A top hotel certified by the Leading Hotels of the World, a bit more expensive than another Relais & Chateaux. The hardware is OK, the service is also good, the air conditioner in the first room was noisy so we changed the room, the breakfast is an unlimited self-service menu, I recommend the first one on the upper right!

My wife and I spent five days at the Casa San Agustín hotel. If I could give it more than five stars I would. It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Once you check in the staff goes above and beyond for you. They remember your room number, name, breakfast order, etc. The housekeeping each day cleaned, restocked our complimentary mini bar, and performed turndown which was awesome. They have door personnel watching the area to help keep you safe. Every minute of our experience was exceptional.

My wife and I had a phenomenal experience at Casa San Agustin. We are both Americans visiting Columbia, and the rooms, service, and staff were absolutely top notch. They had multiple concierges on duty 24/7, and were very responsive to any all requests, inquiries, or issues we had. The cleaning staff operating quickly, professionally, and their attention to detail was impeccable. The restaurant is world class, and prices are pretty common for the upscale restaurants in the Old City. Their Coconut Ceviche and Lebanese chicken was so good, we got it almost every meal. The walkability to attractions in the walled city was great, and we felt very safe in the area. All in all we stayed for 3 nights and had no complaints or issues. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again during our next trip to Cartagena!

This is my first review because this place needed to be acknowledged. Entering the place you feel a sense of serenity and secludedness from the bustling streets of Cartagena. The place is a gem of history and heaven of tranquility. I stayed in room 210 with 8m high ceilings and a balcony opening to the courtyard with the church outfront. Having travelled around the world I have to stay this is hands down the best boutique hotel I ever stayed, service, food, peace, cleanliness and foremost vibe. Feel like Hemingway.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed on the second floor where we could overlook the pool. Our room was beautiful and bed was divine!!! I could sleep I for days in that bed! The bathroom was huge and clean. The hotel staff was exceptional! They all kind and attentive. Our luggage was lost and they really made a concerted effort to support, keeping us updated throughout the day. I would highly recommend this hotel! Plus, it’s in a great location!!

Definitely a 10/10 hotel, i enjoyed my stay the beds are amazing I just melted in it after a long day of exploring the town, the hotel is centrally located near everything so I walked everywhere I never felt in danger of any sort. The service was top tier very cleaned they also come in go your room in the evening and prep your bed for sleep and leave you a cookie, the scent was so pleasant. At night it’s quite in the rooms despite the fact that the town is busy at night with vendor tourists cars etc…
The food presentation was incredible and delicious I say I will be coming back as my full experience was remarkable from beginning to end. If you have the extra money to book this hotel I highly recommend you do
