The hotel is clean and tidy. Its staff is very attentive to guests. But they should extend their Check-in times (it's too late) and Check-out times (very early). Despite that, I was allowed to use the facilities (bathroom) since I was returning from a tour after check-out, but I was able to use a shower.
In short, very good but with that detail to improve their schedules.

Very pleasant hotel, staff helpful, good position on the main road. Coffee shop served excellent coffee and cakes. Pool was well kept and clean. Staff always ready to help. Rooms cleaned to a good standard. Good shower with quality soaps. Air con kept room bearable.

Dica: Nao aceite o quarto do final do corredor próximo ao elevador, é muito pequeno e o banheiro sem ventilação. Reclamei na recepção a noite e na 2a noite me trocaram p um melhor. Café da manhã bem básico, sem bolo, 1 tipo de queijo e presunto. Recepção simpática, hotel bem localizado. Piscina agradável, acesso bom p a praia.

Robaron la billetera de mi hermana es increíble, supuestamente la dejamos olvidada en un lugar y luego aprecio, pero es falso todo lo que dicen, no son serios y nos quitaran nuestro dinero, son unos ladrones lo peor es que no hacen nada al respeto

Sufrí un robo a habitación… en todo momento fui amable y cordial para recibir una respuesta y solución de la misma forma, pedí que se revisaran las cámaras pues siempre tuve la seguridad de las cosas que me robaron, el detalle negativo del personal fue que siempre me respondieron con mucha frialdad, con mentiras, contradicciones de unos con otros y fue lo que definitivamente me hizo molestar, no exige al respecto solo saber qué y como se precede pero cuando vi su manera tan poco cordial de responder y generar empatía a sus huéspedes y al turismo, fue lo que me hizo decepcionarme más. Ellos deben de garantizar la seguridad de sus huéspedes y claramente alguien robo, sea personal o alguien que externo, insisto es su obligación guardar la seguridad nuestra y no fue así, y aún más deben tener y saber qué hacer todos como un personal eficiente al tener buena comunicación.

No me gustó la habitación estaba vieja con partes deterioradas. Falta un lugar de hidratación gratuito. Resalto el servicio, el desayuno tipo buffet y la ubicación del hotel. La zona de la piscina es agradable. No me gustó la zona de playa pública.
