Great hotel ideal location I would like to thank the very friendly doormen and the security as well as the very kind reception staff and the server at breakfast but where I am really unhappy and disappointed are the cleaning ladies who speak loudly and act a lot of noise at 7 a.m. without any respect for the customers I would like to point this out because the next day despite having reported it to the reception she started again not wishing to cause a problem I did not end up extending my stay too bad

Great location and calm and relaxing environment. Good sized and very clean room. It was the second time I was here on a work trip, and I appreciate arriving and having that wonderful pool, with water at the ideal temperature for swimming. The breakfast is of average quality. Friendly staff, especially the man with towels at the pool, very attentive. Good price/quality

The AC was down, and their excuse was that they had not gotten it fixed in time, they had 200 other rooms they couldn't have moved me to one with AC that worked ?????? the room as also filthy and the sheets had brown stains.

This may have been a very nice property once and it may again be a nice property in the future, but for now we can't recommend it. The air conditioning was not working so the rooms were miserably hot and it was impossible to sleep. Further, we were put in ground floor rooms where we did not feel safe leaving the windows open at night as there was no way to open them partially and it would have been easy for someone to climb right through the window. In one room, one window was broken and didn't open at all and in the other room, the sliding door didn't lock so anyone could have come into the room. There did not seem to be any urgency on fixing the AC - perhaps they're waiting until renovations are done. All of the buildings and the pool area look very run down - a coat of paint would at least make everything look better. On the positive side, the staff was all very friendly and there was easy access to the beach. The area around the hotel felt safe with local families and tourists walking on the wide sidewalk between the road and beach and there were places to eat within walking distance - would recommend Venetian Ice. The lobby of the hotel was lovely as shown in the pictures and rooms were clean. If the hotel management invests some money and renovates the entire property, this could be a very nice place to stay on the beach - maybe by summer 2024...

Good hotel overall the hotel is a little old however it needs a good renovation it's a shame the staff is very nice and the location opposite the mother I will probably come back
