We were pretty disappointed with our accommodations for the price. It was pretty unclear when approaching where do go. There is a gate with an intercom but the intercom doesn't really work. The voices are muffled so we didn't know what to do. Here were our issues with the actual room: 1. Cheap foam mattress 2. Very little furniture 3. For what furniture there was, it did not match and was cheap (not rustic or charming just modern and cheap). 4. Sparingly few amenities in the room. Basically just shampoo and body wash. No robes, few towels and not even a box of tissues! 5. Room was poorly maintained. I understand this is castle but its basically old without the charm. Seems like they're using the excuse that this is a castle to not upkeep their rooms. I've been to places that do this right. This is not one of them. 6. Air conditioning was too weak. The front desk was friendly but that's about it. The grounds are nice but not vey expansive. In short if this was priced accordingly I would have fewer issues but they are marketing this as a high end place and further could be from the the truth.

Très déçue, ne vaut pas la moitié du tarif demandé. Commençons par l’extérieur: - tres mal entretenu. - Nous avons loué une maison pour 6. Il n’y avait qu’un transat et qui ne donnait pas envie de s’y asseoir. -Piscine très trouble le jour où nous sommes arrivés. Aucun confort. Les transats sont dans les cailloux et la terre. Au niveau de l’intérieur: - literie de très mauvais qualité - la télé n’a aucune chaîne - nombreuses toiles d’araignées sur toutes les fenêtres côté extérieur. Donc compliqué pour aérer. Pas de moustiquaires. - aboiements de chiens tous les matins - lits superposés dans la chambre d’enfants ne sont pas sécurisés. Nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser. - quasiment pas de rangements pour les vêtements. Nous avons tout laissé dans nos valises. La seule armoire de la chambre sentait le renfermé. - pas d’étagères dans la cuisine pour ranger nos courses Par contre, -La Climatisation fonctionne bien - il ont accepté de nous faire un ménage en milieu de séjour et de nous changer les serviettes - l’eau de la piscine était transparente un jour - ils nous ont égalent ajoute des serviettes pour la piscine car nous ne savions pas qu’elles n’étaient pas fournies. Check out a 10h du matin!! Très tôt A 9h45, la femme de ménage était déjà là dans le jardin. En résumé, nous ne reviendrons pas.
