Roaches everywhere, floor, walls, bathroom, in the beds, took video footage to submit if needed. Worst experience ever, 0 stars.👎

This hotel was amazing and we will stay again. You could smell the cleanliness when you walked in the door and the room was super clean.

Holes in walls. Broken dressers. Fridge. Tv. Didn’t look like it has been cleaned in years. Spiders and roaches! Avoid at all costs until management or owners are changed or def give this place ALOT of attention!!

Horrible experience! Walked into the room and immediately saw a baby cockroach. Stepped on it and moved on. Within 5 minutes of trying to settle in we found 10 more cockroaches running around the room.

unclean rooms and hallways.. no basic amenities.. no drinks on bfast aside from coffee.. broken items.. wrong size of bed

AC not working at check in. Moverd to another room that was dirty. Left immediately.
Another family was leaving at the same time for the same reasons.
I have a ticket in for redress.
