La struttura si presenta bella; le camere tuttavia avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione maggiore. Non so se tutte siano a piano terra; questo non dà sufficiente privacy. Colazione un po' ridotta. Bellissima la sala ristorante con vetrate che danno molta luminosità.

Questa bellissima struttura è ideale per una tranquilla vacanza da trascorrere sia in coppia che in famiglia ,le camere sono ultra pulite ben arredate con gusto e notevolmente confortevoli.La piscina e la spa completano un quadro veramente di qualità. Il personale gentile e professionale nel nostro caso il sig.Nicola ci ha assistiti e seguiti con professionalità e serietà,la colazione super con prodotti locali e freschi .La Tenuta Gentile ha superato le mie aspettative lo consiglio .

A very quiet, renovated and cozy hotel, with spacious and modern furnished rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the food in the evening is excellent. The pool is amazing en nearly new. Also perfect place when you travel alone. We will definitely come back here.

Ottima giornata, piscina molto bella, posto curato nei particolari. La tenuta è dotata di SPA e diversi confort. Ottimo anche il ristorante, portate originali e abbondanti. Unica nota negativa: i camerieri non sapevano spiegare cosa portavano a tavola, naturalmente parliamo di un piccolo dettaglio forse irrilevante

La suite junior était très confort et très propre au 1er étage avec une très belle vue. Dans un quartier résidentiel très calme c’est l’idéal pour un séjour reposant.

Unica cosa bella: l’entrata imponente. Struttura non curata, camere sporche (la mattina entrano giusto per rifare velocemente il letto) e prive di manutenzione. Piscina da spavento, di un colore indefinibile. Durante il soggiorno alcuni clienti si sono lamentati che avevano prurito alla pelle dopo il bagno in piscina e lo staff ha fatto un test dell’acqua al termine del quale, dopo aver sgranato gli occhi evidentemente per il pessimo risultato, ha detto che l’acqua andava bene. Il ristorante a pranzo è aperto solo nel weekend (forse), durante la settimana c’è un bar accroccato a bordo piscina che serve cose surgelate a prezzi folli senza farti uno scontrino. Staff… se riuscite a trovare qualcuno nella hall senza doverli andare a cercare da qualche parte è una gran conquista. Più che un 4 stelle sembra un ostello mal tenuto. State alla larga.

Albergo molto pulito, a metà strada tra Bari e Matera con camere molto spaziose e silenziose. Colazione abbastanza varia. Esperienza positiva da consigliare.
