房間在葡萄園內的石屋很欧式很田园，奈何傢具只是擺設，好看不好用。设施而言算简陋，全屋只有一張椅子，没有热水㷛、杯子、要向询问台安排，要自備拖鞋。Reception 朝9晚7，对旅客非常不便，差点出事。衛生间很细，没有地方放置个人用品衣服毛巾等等。总括来説住得不舒适，价格偏高完全不值这个价钱。

El lugar es hermoso, la habitación muy amplia y comoda, tomar en cuenta que hay que subir escaleras. El personal sumamente amable y sus vinos espectaculares, sin duda regresaria!! Muy bien ubicada cerca de varios pueblos preciosos y viñedos.

Ho dormito una notte dopo aver visitato la cantina e provato l'Osteria di Fonterutoli. La camera che mi è stata assegnata con un upgrade gentile era veramente buona,spaziosa e ne serbo un piacevolissimo ricordo per lo stile rustico ma soprattutto per l'atmosfera rilassante che vi regna.Un lusso country chic senza TV. Se amate il moderno non fa per voi...C'è tutto ma non si dovrebbe scegliere per questo...Bellissimo e grandissimo il bagno.e lo spazio doccia. Peccato non si possa acquistare la buonissima crema alla lavanda...fornita...Un rifugio piacevolissimo ma credo sia da evitare in inverno...Già quella sera di marzo era scesa una nebbia veramente impenetrabile che avvolgeva tutto ...dopo la degustazione per fortuna ho potuto fermarmi...Prezzi in linea con la location

Abbiamo soggiornato nel borgo in occasione del primo anniversario di matrimonio. La receptionist non è stata per niente accogliente anzi ha avuto toni freddi e sbrigativi. Il Wine tour è stato eccezionale! Peccato l’aperitivo, dove i baristi dell’unico bar presente nel borgo ci abbiano accolti con un bel “qui non si mangia più niente la cucina è chiusa!” (Ore 17:30) ottimo per chi viene dal Wine tour che necessita ovviamente di mangiare dopo le degustazioni di vino.. L’osteria di Fonterutoli eccellente ottima anche per quanto riguarda la colazione e il suo staff all’altezza del nome che porta. Per la camera siamo consapevoli di aver soggiornato in un borgo medioevale ma almeno la pulizia delle federe che puzzavano di fuliggine del camino e far arieggiare le stanze togliendo bene la polvere sarebbe cosa gradita.

Posto molto bello, personale molto gentile, soprattutto le ragazze della prima colazione (purtroppo non conosco i loro nomi) e i ragazzi del bar. Meno gentile la signora della reception. Stiamo qui da 2 giorni (ripartiamo domani), e in 2 giorni alle ore 17, la camera non è stata ancora fatta. Ieri mi hanno riferito che erano in ritardo perché avevano molte persone che arrivavano, oggi mi hanno detto che la signora delle pulizie è venuta 2 volte, ha bussato e non gli ha aperto nessuno (é la prima volta che per avere la pulizia della camera, devi stare fisicamente in camera ad aspettare la signora). Visto il costo del pernottamento, mi sarei aspettata una servizio decisamente migliore.
