浴巾上有殘留的污漬洗不乾淨，浴巾毛巾太舊了，被子太薄了。床墊中間往下陷，需要更新這些床上用品，用了有些年頭了。

Great hotel. Lovely breakfast.Parking charge so expensive and down the street.Hot tub out of use in the spa on Sunday which was disappointing.

We arrived yesterday our room was to be ready at 4pm, we left our cases & they tx me at 1pm room ready, fabulous service & I would highly recommend this hotel.. Ceri looked after us so very well, so very professional & nothing was too much trouble .. Thank you Hilton Cardiff we shall see you very soon .. Louise Brady

Our stay in the Hilton was very good. The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Cardiff. Our room was comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we look forward to our next stay there.

Speedy check in. Friendly clean and an easy style breakfast. Amazing view of the castle lit up at night. Easy 10 minute walk from the Station and great location for university.
