Prédio histórico onde tudo lembra o início do século 20. O estado de conservação é razoável, dada a idade do hotel (fundado no final do século XIX). Equipe do hotel muito simpática e prestativa, quartos confortáveis e amplos. Localização excelente!

Hotel muito antigo. Atmosfera de época, longos corredores de tábua corrida, impecavelmente limpos, pé direito altíssimo, mobiliário antigo nos quartos. Os corredores com moveis antigos expostos, cristaleiras com cristais e louça de época, salões com sofás e piano de cauda e muitas outras caracteristicas que marcaram uma época. A cama era confortável, roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade. Ressalto a limpeza . Funcionários prestativos, café da manhã bom, com frutas e produtos frescos. Um Pão de queijo delicioso. Bom custo benefício. O lado ruim é que o prédio precisa de uma boa reforma para voltar ao seu antigo esplendor. Melhor ficar nos andares mais altos.

Hotel muito deteriorado,em constante manutenção, por isso,muita poeira e sujo. Instalações bem velhas,área das piscinas, tudo quebrado. Hotel muito tradicional e belo,porém,se não restauraram devidamente, não dá pra se hospedar. Localização ótima e funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã convencional. Infelizmente!!

Hotel é ícone da cidade. Precisa de umas reformas, principalmente no box que ainda usa cortina em vez de blindex. A impressão negativa quanto o travesseioro e banheiro acaba no café da manhã, com maravilhosos funcionários além dos itens expostos , pode pedir o que consta no cardápio , Hum!!! omelete dá para 2 . Pernoitei 1 noite na cidade durante o carnaval, pois estávamos percorrendo Estrada Real - Caminho Velho via estrada de terra num 4x4. A cidade é um dos pontos de carimbo no Passaporte Real .

Quem quer voltar ao passado o Palace Hotel de Caxambu é o local. Hotel que preserva bastante da sua história de mais de 130 anos, com parte da mobília de época e exposição de itens que eram usados no Hotel. Café da manhã muito bom e com funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Ótimo custo benefício.

Foi construído p ser cassino,final de 1800/1900.A arquitetura é linda.Bem localizado e fica pertinho do parque aquático.É tudo bem antigo,percebe-se pequenas reformas nos quartos.Pensão completa,cardápio simples com um buffet exagerado de sobremesas.Nas normas do hotel ainda consta q é proibido levar as auxiliares no salão de baile.

O Hotel é muito, muito antigo... os quartos são enormes, camas grandes porém não muito confortáveis, os banheiros precisam de reforma urgente, aqueles azulejos, pisos, louças bem antigas que dão a sensação de sujeira. Café da manhã bem variado, bom.
