Hotel é ícone da cidade. Precisa de umas reformas, principalmente no box que ainda usa cortina em vez de blindex. A impressão negativa quanto o travesseioro e banheiro acaba no café da manhã, com maravilhosos funcionários além dos itens expostos , pode pedir o que consta no cardápio , Hum!!! omelete dá para 2 . Pernoitei 1 noite na cidade durante o carnaval, pois estávamos percorrendo Estrada Real - Caminho Velho via estrada de terra num 4x4. A cidade é um dos pontos de carimbo no Passaporte Real .

Quem quer voltar ao passado o Palace Hotel de Caxambu é o local. Hotel que preserva bastante da sua história de mais de 130 anos, com parte da mobília de época e exposição de itens que eram usados no Hotel. Café da manhã muito bom e com funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Ótimo custo benefício.

Foi construído p ser cassino,final de 1800/1900.A arquitetura é linda.Bem localizado e fica pertinho do parque aquático.É tudo bem antigo,percebe-se pequenas reformas nos quartos.Pensão completa,cardápio simples com um buffet exagerado de sobremesas.Nas normas do hotel ainda consta q é proibido levar as auxiliares no salão de baile.

O Hotel é muito, muito antigo... os quartos são enormes, camas grandes porém não muito confortáveis, os banheiros precisam de reforma urgente, aqueles azulejos, pisos, louças bem antigas que dão a sensação de sujeira. Café da manhã bem variado, bom.

Parece um palácio mesmo! Corredores com várias mobílias antigas, móveis antigos de madeira,lustres lindos,amei cada detalhe. Parece um passeio na antiguidade! Tudo muito limpo, café da manhã maravilhoso, funcionários simpáticos e educados,vale destacar o gerente,ele fica na hora do café brincando com todos os hóspedes, principalmente crianças e idosos,carregou minha filha no carrinho de bagagens,correndo pelo saguão,foi maravilhoso pra ela! Piscina maravilhosa! Voltarei! Indico com certeza!

Hotel rústico, agradável e muito bem localizado. Alguns quartos foram recém reformados e são bons, outros nem tanto. Boa comida, simples e bem feita. Os funcionários são atenciosos, exceção de uma moça que trabalha no restaurante, acho que o nome dela é Mirela. Para ter sua atenção somente se der uma gorjeta. O maitre é sensacional (Anderson). Excelente custo x benefício.

Meus parabéns ao Sr Anderson do café da manhã, torna a manhã dos hóspedes mais alegre !. Local com aparência e estrutura antiga, mas é bem confortável. Próximo ao parque das águas, do morro Caxambu e de lojas no centro. Os chuveiros poderiam ser melhores...

A localização é excelente, o cardápio do café da manhã tem uma variedade enorme de opções e as pessoas que trabalham no café são muito educadas e bem humoradas, mas as acomodação deixa muito a desejar: por ser um hotel antigo os quartos de baixo sofrem muito com o barulho do andar de cima e no inverno ducha não esquenta.
