Door lock is broken, Dust all over the place and smells bad!

Best to avoid. Very old, poor maintenance hotel. The comfort room smells sewage, the floor’s dirty, the bed sheets are dusty, pillows inside covers are gross. I often stay at budget hotel but with good quality. This time, I was unfortunate to stay at almost rotten place. And customer service’s not good. Even an extra bed is just an old folding bed thats almost broken. The parking is not organized. They should first renovate the place before opening it to public. I swear, you can find a lot better hotels at this price. Even a free night at this hotel won’t do any good.

The staff were EXCELLENT!!! There is a very bad sewage smell in the afternoons especially. The room needed painting and the sheets needed replacing. It was quiet and the location is good. No hot water and very limited cable.

When we arrived the first room we got the doorlock didn't work. So we ask for another room. But when we was there the door lock didn't work either, because it they had not checked the battery. No warm water in the shower, dust on top off the cabinet, and the TV doesn't work...
