"I stayed at Amber Hotel during my trip to Cebu! The hotel itself is relatively new, and the room was clean and comfortable 😊. The staff were also kind and welcoming during check-in. Robinsons Mall is nearby, and there are restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity, making it a convenient location for sightseeing and dining. Grab cars were also readily available, making transportation easy! The breakfast offered a good variety and was more delicious than I expected. The rooftop restaurant and bar also had a great ambiance, and I enjoyed a relaxing evening there 🍹. While the shower pressure felt a bit weak, I had no other particular concerns, and considering the price, it was a very satisfying hotel. I think this is a convenient hotel for those who plan to focus on sightseeing and shopping in Cebu City!"

"Good hotel. we had the misfortune of staying on the same floor with a group of Chinese tourists, they staeted shouting at 7 in the morning in the corridor. The staff intervened promptly. Breakfast is decent forea few days trip, the bacon seems cooked in batches and reheated when needed, so it's too dry and not how it should be. The swimming pool is decent, you get sunshine between 10 am and 2 pm, then there is the shades of the building."

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and accommodating assistance as they made every effort to fulfill our requests. The added amenities in the garden, including archery, badminton, and a chess set, were a fantastic bonus that enhanced our experience. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, and our hotel room was spotless, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant visit. We are particularly grateful for the staff's thoughtful reminder about the local celebration on our checkout day. Their timely advice to allocate extra travel time to the airport due to potential road blockages was crucial and very much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and made wonderful memories at the resort. If there's one aspect we would highlight for improvement, it would be our room allocation. We had originally booked a balcony ocean view room, but were given a room with only a partial ocean view due to high occupancy. While this was a bit disappointing, we believe this is more of a management issue rather than a reflection on the hardworking ground staff who did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, our experience at the resort was fantastic, and the dedication and friendliness of the staff made it unforgettable. We look forward to visiting again in the future and hope to enjoy the full ocean view we initially anticipated."
