酒店的外觀圖片根本不是APP上的那樣，就是老式的歐洲鄉下房子，有點像廠房。服務基本沒有，白天一個白人坐前台，晚上一個黑人在前台。用餐收費倒是不便宜，而且設施陳舊，抽屜是壞的，淋浴房下水口是堵的，入住時的垃圾桶也沒人倒。不推薦大家入住，千萬別上當。

Hotel was lovely, rooms were fantastic as I think they had just been renovated. The food was great, we had breakfast each day and dined in the restaurant too. The only downside, and this is not a negative as it’s totally necessary to keep to the high standards they set, was that the downstairs bar was closed for refurbishment. As said, if it improves the place even more then fantastic. We are touring at the moment and doing three nights in each location and to date this has been my favourite. Not just because of the effort the hotel and staff put in to make your stay enjoyable but also the lovely town of Celle. The hotel is about half an hour walk away but the hotel even offer a free bus service if you don’t fancy walking. We didn’t use it but again it’s the attention to detail that mounts up to a great experience. Good work team, this stay will be hard to beat!

Hotel in guter Lage in Celle mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen, E-Ladesäulen und frisch renovierten Zimmern. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich rundherum gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Eine Bushaltestelle zur Fahrt in die Innenstadt (ist auch zu Fuß machbar) befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmerkarte dient als Ticket, bequemer geht’s nicht.

What a refreshing experience. We came to Celle as my wife lived here as a child. This hotel has been fantastic. Amazing newly refurbished rooms and the staff can’t do enough for you. Lovely hotel, amazing staff and if I ever come to Celle again I won’t even look at any other place. Good work team
