The hotel is relatively new, and the decoration style of the rooms is modern and simple. The bathtub handle in the first room I was given was broken and had sharp edges. I went downstairs to the front desk and showed her a photo. I was given a different room without a word. Therefore, my first impression of the hotel was very good. On April 22, I told the front desk that I wanted to extend my stay until May 27 at the current room price. The lady who checked in made the reservation for me and pre-authorized 3548.44 knives. As a result, out of nowhere, the customer service employee on April 24 said that the front desk informed her that I was leaving the hotel that day and that she would come and clean the room. Very surprised, I went to the front desk to learn about the situation. The front desk employee on duty was quite rude. Not only did he not explain why he notified the customer service department of my early departure, but he also told me that there was no reservation information for my extended stay in the system and that there was no room available. I asked her to contact the previous lady who made my reservation to find out. But she said in a high-sounding way that the hotel could not contact non-duty employees (in fact, she did contact them later). Next, the employee said that he finally found a room for me. I could extend my stay, but it couldn't be at my current room rate... I'll omit 10,000 words here. In the meantime, I contacted the Ctrip housekeeper to contact the hotel about the reason why I was mistakenly asked to leave the hotel early. The housekeeper was very responsible and contacted different departments. In the end, the hotel gave a verbal explanation that the customer service department had made a mistake. There was no problem with my order and there was no problem with my stay until 4.30. Of course it should be no problem, I paid all the money early. Although the hotel later was able to lower the room rate so that I could continue to stay. But considering the chaotic and unpleasant experience, I left the store at 4.30. When writing this review, it has been more than 24 hours since I left the store, but the two pre-authorized payments have not yet been refunded.
