We had a great stay at the Zostel. From the moment of arrival, staff were kind and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Ours was quite spacious. It’s in a great location near the New Delhi railway station, which is easily accessible to the airport and most attractions by metro. Heads up: all power goes out in the room when you leave for the day, including the fridge in your room! We didn’t know and lost some food. 😕 Charge everything overnight and just plan to eat out. Overall a good stay. We would return.

Great team, clean and good location.

It looks really beautiful in the photos, but after moving in, I found that many things were quite old. Fortunately, the bed and the area around the bed were clean and tidy, at least similar to the photos. But the lack of hot water is a bit unacceptable, and there were two cockroaches in the room... Then I beat them to death. I hope the hotel can pay attention to hygiene! Then the toilet must have toilet paper.

This was a first for us, and we returned a second time during our time away. The staff here were fantastic. Easy to understand and communicate with. On our first arrival the lift was broken so our bags were carried to our room. The hot water in our room didn’t work, but a solution was found within 30mins. We had problems with our TV and it was solved within 10mins. Nothing was too hard. The property was clean and there was a variety of different areas to chill out. There was an onsite café and across the road was a small grocery store (good for water), fruit stand, chemist and phone dealer (good for picking up a SIM card). Location was easy and convenient once we found it. Only negative, the rooms had no windows and the beds were short and on the hard side for us Aussies. We stayed in a standard double and were very happy with our lockable room and private bathroom. Would definitely return if we ever head back to India.

Best hostel to stay. The staff was friendly. The building is also huge and the way they managed the property is so well. I am a regular guest of zostel and zostel delhi as well. I always suggest people to opt zostel only. The mattress is also good.

I stayed at Zostel Delhi for 2 days, the staff here is very supportive and friendly. They also organized a walking tour of old delhi (Chandni Chowk, Red fort, Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib and Jama Masjid). It was overall a very good experience that I'm sure, I'll remember for a long time.

The stay was awesome. Staff was very good and coordinative. The wifi was a bit low but overall stay was amazing. The reception people were very friendly and added fuj to my stay. Will recommend this hostel for sure to my family and friends. Best hostel in Delhi.

The best place to stay in Delhi. One of the best hostels I've ever been at. The staff is super friendly and very cooperative. The housekeeping staff is also very good and reception guy Sameer was very helpful and supportive. Loved the vibe at Zostel.

Best hostel in delhi. I am a regular guest for them and they treat me so well everything. Piyush, Srijan, Bunny, Sameer and Rajan all of them are family and are so friendly and professional at the same time. Best choice for everyone to safe and fun place in delhi.

One of the best hostel in New Delhi ( Highly suggested ). Staff is very friendly and polite . All over it was very coooll and cozy vibes. Very close to the New Delhi Railway station also the food was very good with great ambience and environment 🤗

Best experience .. and the counter person Sameer and Piyush were very humble despite I was bit rude .... Staff are osm and building ambience is osm too. And the best part, it is very close to new Delhi railway station simply one can walk and reach ....Thnk u zostel

It has been a very ecstatic stay one of the best staff and you will find some of the most amazing people around. The property is very beautiful the rooftop, cafe, pool table and lots of fun activity as well. Staff was amazing and very supportive you will find Piyush, Sameer and Bunny at the desk.
