Very good place. The shower water was not hot at all, but it was ok.

Interior of the hotel is nice enough however it is located down a rather dirty shady alley

I still don't understand what the charge I was charged when I checked out was.

It was close to the station and very convenient. The room was clean and there was hot water every time. Upon arrival, we received welcome fruits and sweets. Also, when we returned to the hotel, they gave us plastic bottles and juice, which was very kind.

The location is good within walking distance from the station, and the staff is wonderful. The room is clean and the water in the shower is warm. The only problem was that the temperature of the air conditioner could not be adjusted.

Honestly could not have asked for a better service and was well above expectation. Once checked in, a lovely women called Ranjana was extremely helpful on what to look out for and not to do. We didn’t really have a proper plan in place for India but knew what we wanted to see, so Ranjana helped us put a plan together and said she can provide us a tour of all these places with a tour guide who could speak some English. Within the hour we had a tour booked to many places such as New and Old Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Pushkar and Udaipur. Ram our driver was amazing and spoke very good English with a very good sense of humour. Again we could not have asked for a better service. Also finally, the security *** on the door in the day time was very helpful and got use to destinations safely via a good rickshaw.

I found property on mm t application. Staff is cooperative. All facilities are too good with proper housekeeping

Location was a bit difficult to find. But for the money charged the services was exactly as shown in the pictures. No problem with the room, water. Ac is controlled by the reception. Service charge of Rs 30 for serving 1 item to room. Breakfast is good with options.

I loved the facilities, room was really nice and comfy. The bed was really comfortable and inviting to stay more time in the room. Breakfast is good and with various choice. The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful to solve any situation. I had an amazing stay at Ritz hotel, will definitely come back when I come back to Delhi! :)

Nice hotel in Paharganj. Clean & Comfortable room. Nice & friendly staff. Food ordered through room service was good. Breakfast was good & has some different types of food to choose from. Only issue is the immediate surrounding of the hotel. it's not very clean and cannot hang out too much.

The staff is very friendly, and will help you figure out everything you need in the city of Delhi. If there is an issue, they will go out of their way to resolve it. Had a very pleasant stay in the hotel, and can recommend it to anyone looking to explore Delhi.

Room is okay but aircon did not work and it’s currently 40+° in Delhi - Staff are all lovely! - Bed is comfortable - not the most clean, mainly in the bathroom (makeup on the toilet paper roll, opened and used soap bar back in the box) but if you aren’t too fussy then it’s still okay

The hotel is good near to the station but the road isn't that easily accessible. Also, in the morning we didn't get hot water as we couldn't find any switch. The door had some latch issue which got us bit worried for security reasons. As we were 3 ppl they gave 3 single beds which we liked and also welcomed us with water and beverage, so overall average

Good hotel with locational convenience. But offer should include with breakfast. Stuffs are good and responsive.
