Friendly staff (Egi) at reception was able to communicate very well in English. However, I have got a faulty room with a broken head shower and some other minor issues he was unable to resolve until the higher manager (Deni) came over and changed my room to a better unit. I would like to thank the manager (Deni) for his thoughtful attitude and great assistance to resolve my issue. Let's review the stay, I'd say sleep on the city view side might be a bit noisy as you can hear the bike noise during sleep time. Breakfast was delicious. It's not a buffet style but you've 3 good choices to pick from. All day breakfast was superb.

I live with a colleague. The location of the hotel is close to the location of the client's meeting. The facilities are satisfactory, the environment is quite good and pleasant. The hotel is also clean and satisfied with the service

The location is good. From the airport, take the Airport Express and get off at BNI CITY station, which is a 3-minute walk away. There is a large shopping mall nearby. It is recommended to stay.

Surprisingly, it's very close to the airport and train. Within ten minutes' walk, there's also a subway downstairs, although I won't use it. The room is quite large and the box can be opened. Although there are not many types of breakfast, it has everything you need and tastes good.
