The place is quite centrally located near train station and monas, national museum which is walking distance. There are several good restaurants and money changer nearby. Amenities are a bit old but functional. Overall itโs quite value for money.

I usually donโt write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I stayed at this hotel for three days and found it to be quite lacking. The location is strategic, which is a positive aspect, but unfortunately, thatโs where the positives end. The breakfast selection was minimal and repetitive each day.
On top of that, our room lacked basic amenities. There was no soap provided, forcing me to use shampoo to wash my body. The room phone was broken, and there was no hairdryer unless you specifically requested one.
The service was also disappointing. The tall receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and the check-in process took an unusually long time. The building itself is quite old and shows signs of wear and tear.
Given the quality of the stay and the condition of the hotel, the price was not justified.
Overall, my stay was not satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Nice room and relaxing environment. Convenient that the rooms have washing machine. However soem things can be improved. My toilet door couldn't close because the washing machine was blocking it.

good place for a party with friends. apartment is a bit rundown. nothing too bad though.
however, pool and spa facilities are top notch, a must. doesn't have supermarket nearby, but a convenience store. alcohol is comparatively expensive in Jakarta and the area overall.

Clean and spacious rooms that give the feeling of staying in an apartment. My second time staying at this place and I will continue to anytime I come to a city with Frasier Residence as an option.
