The family suite I booked is really big, with 3 1.8-meter-long beds. It is very comfortable to sleep in. The hotel is very close to Lion Rock, which is convenient for travel. The sanitary environment is very good. Because it is pristine, the toilet may have 🐸, but it does not affect the experience of staying. The TV is in Chinese. The experience is very good. It is worth staying again. The breakfast is also delicious.

A highly recommended resort hotel! I had been booking hotels before, but I accidentally booked this one. When I checked in, I saw a single-family villa and immediately decided to stay for another night. The room is very large and has a complete range of facilities, making it suitable for family travel. The trees in the hotel are thick and dense, all of which are primitive and naturally grown. Bird-sized butterflies fluttered, birds chirped, and cicadas sang melodiously... Living here, I felt far away from the hustle and bustle. It was great to swim in the afternoon and lie in a hammock. At night, I could see the stars in the sky, which really felt like returning to my childhood.
The boss is Chinese and very attentive. Seeing that our companion had gastroenteritis, he specially cooked a pot of porridge for us. The front desk ladies are also very cute and enthusiastic. They actively provide services every day. It is also very convenient to go to the nearby Lion Rock and Dambulla Caves. I will find another opportunity to come next time.

I recently visited Nivadoo Resort on Monday (9th) and stayed for two days on a full-board basis. I must say, it was an exceptional experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation – the ambiance was so calm and relaxing, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Young (but very helpful!) staff, amazing pool, nice and spacious rooms. The hotel is surrounded by nature (we loved it!) and it offers a very good value for money! Food ok (not excellent, but the overall value for money is extremely good) CONS: Buffet was not fully ready at the time the restaurant was supposed to open (this happened twice during our stay)
