Stayed a couple of days on a business trip and found this hotel to be exceptional for the price. Staff was very helpful. 5-7 minutes to the mall, walking along the canal made the location ideal.

Really enjoyed my stay: right from the location in the heart of Cape Town, airport transfer, the welcome note on the Tv. screen in the Hotel (talk of a hyper-personalized customer experience), the sumptuous gourmet breakfast (boy, I loved it), very friendly staff (Newgen, Stephen & Zee) and serene location adjacent to the beautiful Century City canal and the stunning Ratanga Park. Absolutely loved it, and can't wait to return!
