Cesme Hotels with Gym

The rooms were clean and large. Very nice to go with the family. Bi hotel is very careful about hygiene and cleanliness, food is very delicious, only in the winter season, garden rooms can be a little cool.

The location is nice, but the hotel is worthless. There are no activities, the room prices are already quite high, but they do not have any activities that will make their guests happy. The food is not only limited in variety and not worth the extra money paid for the food. If you go and eat in the city center, you will have more food for less money. Make sure you are full. It is very unattractive that even drinks cost extra. Moreover, it was not a cheap hotel at all. The service I received was very low compared to the money I paid. We were 3 families who reserved 3 rooms. I wish we had gone to another hotel. It was not worth even a single penny. We were not satisfied at all.

Great hotel with such a friendly staff. Customer service great. They make you feel like at home. Hotel rooms are nice, comfortable and spacious. 3 pools are very clean. Restaurant and food perfect, every night different food and deserts. Special thanks to Gökhan manager and the other resection stuff like Secil , Mehmet, Ezra . My family will be coming back for sure to this Resort. 10 points!😊

I’m currently staying at the hotel with a couple of my friends. I purchased my room a few days BEFORE my friends, and we both purchased a superior full ocean view with a balcony. When we arrived at the hotel they told us that my friends room was available however mine was not, but they would call me when it was, and I waited in my friends room. Their room was gorgeous…a huge patio on a corner with a full ocean view, king bed, very clean, desk and other dresser tops for luggage etc, full mirror. They never called me regarding my room and finally at 3 PM. I went down as we were leaving for shopping and asked them and they told me it was ready. They gave me one key.. I open the door to the room and immediately hear screaming to notice that it is over the kids pool. I had a 2 feet wide “balcony” almost like a Juliet balcony. whereas my friends have a balcony almost the size of the actual room, a queen bed or a double (not sure) no place to put my luggage except inside the closet. The bathroom had mold. In the shower corner, around the corners of the bathroom itself, and either the rust or mold on the showerhead. The air conditioner doesn’t particularly cool the room down all the way as the exhaust and the air conditioner is in one corner of the room that’s near the door. I went downstairs and complained that the clearly that this did not seem to be the same hotel class. They briefly mentioned to my friend who is Turkish that they provided the larger room to my friend because they are two people. Considering I’m paying full price for the two person room perhaps their logic is an error as effectively I am paying double as a single person to what my friends are paying as they are sharing a room and I am paying for the entire room myself. Upon reporting my displeasure, they only offered a room that they admitted was even worse than the room they suggested initially, they did not offer me any sort of reduction on the room price. I can’t open the balcony because of the screaming children and I will be woken up tomorrow morning by the screaming. It is not a balcony that you can actually sit on and lounge, as you can on my friends. It seems strange to me that they would actually have me wait in my friends room and see their room and then try to put me in a room such as this… it’s simply poor customer service. I have to say I have literally never written a negative review about a hotel or restaurant etc before. I am a frequent traveler. It was shocking and disorienting.

They were very helpful for arranging a better room. After our booking I contacted with them and they reply in a seconds. We aren't there yet but from the beginning of our plan they are great. I will update my review after our visit. Thanks from the beginning!

From the beginning to end everything was great. Pelin hanım and Emre bey were so helpful. At the breakfast hall the service was exclusively perfect The housekeeping ladies were so welcoming and they were always helpful. The hotel is brand-new and well maintained. The room was spacious and had perfect view of Aegean Sea and Samos Island. Definitely we will turn back! Thanks for everything!

Awesome employees, silent location (but kinda far to the city center) and perfect rooms! I loved the experience literally. The only issue we had was children. We booked the hotel because the ad was saying adults only. However the policy is not active. Thus, please consider it. Otherwise, the hotel was awesome and strongly advised to stay there.

Solmaz hotel is perfect hotel in Cesme. Very, very beautiful hotel and terrase. From terrase excellent view- sea and city. Hotel have nice rooms and bathrooms - wide and clean. There is a pool in front of the hotel. Pool is very beautiful- nice desighn, wide and clean. In hotel is cafe, breakfast is good. Staff is kindly and hospitable. Special thanks mr. Emrah. Biz otelin sitesinden rezervasyon yaptırdık ancak teraslı ve 33 m2 ve resimlerde ferah görünümlü terası olan odanın terası yola bakıyor ve çok tozluydu. Zaten eur bazında ücret talep edilen ve hiç de ucuz olmayan odaya, ekstra ücret ödememiz karşılığında oda değişimi yapılabilecegi, odaya yerleşmediğimiz halde, ödeme alındığı için iptal de yapılamayacağı bilgisi verildi resepsiyondaki genç ve müşteri memnuniyeti gibi bir kaygısı olmayan görevli tarafından. Ödemeyi yapmadan önce, oda öne bakıyor değil mi şeklinde sormama ve evet cevabı almama rağmen, hızlıca ödeme alındı ve oda daha sonra gösterildi. Kendimizi gerçekten kandırılmış hissettik. Daha sonra gelen yetkili kişi de biraz sert tavırlarla bize aynı şeyleri tekrar söyledi ancak o odada kalamayacağımızı tekrar izah ettik ve gönülsüz de olsa bize öne bakan başka bir oda verildi. Otel genel olarak ortalama 3 yıldız kategorisinde, kısa konaklama için idare eder. Kahvaltısı ve temizliği ortalama. Lavabo biraz problemliydi. Plaj yapay olarak oluşturulmuş ve az sayıda şezlong var. Deniz kötü zaten, giriş kısmında bir iskele yada kumsal yok. Betondan merdiven gibi birsey var. Su kirli ve dibi gözükmüyor ayrıca çok rüzgarlı. Havuzu kirliydi giremedik. Spadaki ısıtması olmayan havuzu kullandık. Alacatiya arabayla 4km kadar uzaklikta. Yuruyerek gitme şansınız yok. Porta yakın ama portta da çok birşey yok. Kısacası fiyat performans olarak kötü bir seçim yaptık. Otel yönetimi profesyonellikten uzak ve müşteri memnuniyetini gözetmiyor. Paranızı verdikten sonra hizmet almayı beklemeyin olanla idare edeceksiniz gibi bir tutum var. Biz bir daha gitmeyi düşünmüyoruz ve önermiyoruz da. Benzer fiyata, Ilıca yada köyiçi seçenekleri daha makul. En azından denize girebilir yada alacati merkezine yuruyerek ulasabilirsiniz.
