Great place to be, near nature and a great safari with lovely home style food. Place is run and Personally handled by the owner which adds to its quality and hospitality. Place is done beautiful and in a unique style. Accommodations are all with great views and large areas done up beautifully and eco friendly way. Nice aesthetically done up place to stay and near jungle.

Excellent ambience and stay with serene surrounding makes it perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended for nature lover's. Rooms are spacious with good ventilation and facing the Nilgiris mountains. Excellent hospitality and great staff.

We were looking to stay amidst nature preferably in a homestay ***** with our 3.5 yr old kid and zeroed in on Dhole’s den which is located very close to Bandipur forest zone. From Bengaluru it’s around 4 hrs drive. Except the last 7-8 kms roads were excellent. Upon our arrival we were greeted with welcome drink and smooth checkin. We stayed in a habitat (gaur) room which had balcony view extending to Nilgiris! Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are very courteous. Food is homely and tasty. Best part was safari arrangement to Bandipur. Directly you can book morning or afternoon safari from them with complimentary drop and pickup to safari spot. We were lucky to have witnessed a large adult male tiger, leopard and elephant mom on Day1! Day2 we spent our time around the property by going for morning nature walk where the in-house naturalist Girish with his vast knowledge of flora and fauna gave an insight into the surroundings. Then we had fun time fishing in the pond( though we couldn’t catch any 🎣 😐 ) and an organic farm visit where they grow multiple veggies, you can even pluck and take them home! These are the veggies they use in cooking too :) No wonder their salads where so tasty! Evening was well spent with an off-road jeep ride to a beautiful view of sunset from nearby mountain sipping hot chai! Day3 we did archery beside the activity area and it was about time to say good bye 👋 Rashmi, Girish and all the staff were so kind and definitely they will make you feel at home. PS: Being close to the forest means you are living in an area dominated by nature. We had to encounter caterpillars 🐛 falling from roof quite often inside the room. Though staff provided quick help to cleanup the mess, they still kept on coming! Maybe putting a mesh barrier should help near the roof where air inlets bring fresh air into the room.

The stay is quite inside the jungle and beautiful laid out. The rooms are very spacious. The food is very tasty. The staff is so welcoming. U completely feel like home. Every small need is well thought and put as per need. U can have full peaceful and nature loving experience. Still short of words to express fully.

Incredible stay with nature all around. Staff is extremely cordial. Very clean and hygienic place. Food is tasty and home cooked. Great Place to stay for families ***** with kids, friends group and solo travellers. They also arrange jungle safari, bird watching and fishing in their pond. Girish the guide who accompanied us on bird watching and safari is very knowledgeable. Overall definitely worth visiting this eco resort. You will always find deer in large groups visiting their backyard :) The 4 chippiparai hounds in the property do not bother the guests at all :-).

Very Comfortable stay at dhole s den bandipur. Overall a good experience. Food was very good.all the rooms were spacious with good views of the lily pond and the mountains .all the staff were very helpful ...the best homestay we ve experienced. Would definitely recommend this place...

It was a pleasant stay at Dhole's den. One of our friends recommend this place and we found it really above our expectation. The room was nice and cozy, place was awesome with surrounded by nature. Food was next level. Our host Karthik was very friendly and ensured that our stay become comfortable. I would definitely like to visit again.

Perfect place to stay to switch off and feel close to nature. It's very close to bandipur, Nilgiris. The drive was a little rough at the end of the journey but the homestay more than makes up for the bumpy ride. The food was the best among all the homestays I have been so far. There are plenty of activities for the guests apart from the safari. We went with our toddler and the homestay were more than happy to cook for him and accomodate us in every possible. Each staff of the homestay make the stay even special. We will definitely be interested to go back soon.

Really happy with stay , Mr karthik who owns this place treats you like a family member . The rooms are spacious and very neat and clean , the service is excellent, the food is very tasty, freshly & locally sourced . Overall an excellent place to be with family or even if you are travelling solo . Will definitely go back again , Thank you .
