Hotel Aroma Classic

This was my third stay in the same hotel during my business trips. Every time, the disappointment kept on rising and finally i decided to express it today. The rooms on the backside are poorly maintained. There was not enough water to shower. The room service was also not prompt. Walls and furniture had typical musty smell. I believe that mm t customer get only rooms on the backside, as i got the same all three times which cannot be just a coincidence.

It was good. Location was very good and everything was in walking distance. Breakfast was also good. Room conditions can be more better

I checked into the aroma on august 19th, a hotel established in 1953, with high expectations given its long-standing reputation. I arrived around 8 pm and went out for a short while. Upon returning at 11 pm, i was met with a disruptive ac that created unbearable noise, making it impossible to relax for even 20 minutes. When i reported the issue to the front desk, i found their response baffling: an electrician would be sent at midnight. With a long travel day ahead, this was far from ideal. After 30-40 minutes of waiting, i was offered a downgraded room, despite having booked a higher-class accommodation. The staff claimed no other options were available across their properties. I asked about the price difference due to the downgrade, but the front desk informed me that, since i booked through makemytrip, no adjustments could be made unless i canceled my reservation entirely. When i proposed to cancel and pay for the lower room directly, they stated that once checked in, cancellation was not an option. My request for a cash refund of the difference was met with refusal. To make matters worse, the new room had poor-quality pillows and a visibly unclean quilt. Considering the aroma's legacy, this experience was not only disappointing but shocking. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my stay. The property is in dire need of updates, and the management's inability to handle guest concerns effectively is unacceptable.

Nice place to be, great ambiance, nice food experience in the restaurant, breakfast was good. Staff is well trained and able to take care of things professionally.

It's a good place area is good market is nearby staff is cooperative needs to improve food quality

Room upkeep not upto mark, washroom is so bad, toilet seat broken, no place to keep soap in shower area, towels are very old, bed linen and quilt are unclean. Hotel rooms could be maintained better. Food quality was not good in the restaurant.

Stay was excellent. Stafff was very cooperative from front desk pratiksha, neha, anjali.

Staff is very polite & cooperative. Food is also very tasty & many choices in buffet. This hotel is situated in heart of the city. Rooms are very good but no ventilation.
