The lobby is very beautiful, perfect for taking pictures📷 The hotel area is very spacious, you can walk straight to the front of Phuyun Beach. It is a bit far from the restaurant. There are a lot of insects because most of the area is open air. Most of the furniture is built in minimal style. But the bed is not very strong. You can ask for more amenities if there is no set in the room. Breakfast has a variety of Asian style, no need to worry, there are many menus to choose from. I chose this place because I wanted to try a new hotel and got a 1-step upgrade. But the first night, the TV in the bedroom did not work. It was late, so I informed the staff to come and check the next day at the same time as the housekeeper was cleaning the room. In conclusion, the next day, I came back from outside at around 22:40. The TV still had not been fixed. The staff offered to change the TV at 23:00. It did not make sense because we left the hotel at 11:00 and came back at 22:40. It took almost 12 hours to change the TV. If you want to change the TV, change it when the guest is not in the room. If we come back earlier, we will waste time waiting to change the TV or download the TV program. It is a bit disappointing. But the hotel tried to solve the problem. Thank you, Khun Ko (FOM). Some things in the new hotel may not be stable yet. Overall, the staff are friendly and willing to take care of customers. 😊♥️

The hotel is big, the room is much bigger than other places. The facilities are complete, everything is very good. The staff is lovely and friendly. It is a very comfortable day of relaxation. The breakfast is delicious and varied. There is a swimming pool, fitness center, kids room, and restaurants nearby. Most importantly, it is very convenient to travel. It is not more than 10 minutes from the Pattaya-Map Ta Phut motorway.
