First of all, the underground parking lot on the first floor was full of water, and it was slippery and unsafe to walk on it. Then I went to the lobby to check in: I asked the receptionist if the child needed a breakfast voucher? She replied, "Not sure, take it in and have a look." But I was charged for having breakfast and drinking Sprite. This is too outrageous. I have never encountered such a charge for drinking in a slightly better hotel. It's a bit outrageous.
