民宿設施是自建簡易住房，條件一般，價格雖不便宜，但與海邊賓館相比，還是能接受的，最大優點是到海邊比較近。

老闆熱情，船還未到海島，車就已經停在港口免費等着接駁，在島上彩虹灘來回，包括離店返程到港口，都是老闆親自接送，明碼實價，價格公道。
離月亮灣浴場超近，在民宿換上泳衣，就可以步行去浴場。月亮灣浴場超乎想象，海灘沙子細膩，海水清澈，常見的滸苔也很少，不過海水中偶爾中會見到幾片海帶，是個天然的好浴場！
在一個未過度商業開發的海島上，島上的民風淳樸，給孩子租個泳圈，也不問時間，僅僅衹要10塊錢。
島上的部分旅遊設施尚不完善，如用餐、出行，不太方便，好在老闆都幫我們都解決了。
民宿傍山而建，環境、設施和酒店比肯定有差距，但重在位置、服務、經濟。

老闆和老闆娘都非常熱情，來去碼頭老闆都親自免費開車接送；老闆娘做菜的手藝非常好，在他家包一日三餐能吃到十幾種海鮮；據説年底老闆要翻新房子了，估計明年的住宿條件和環境會很好的。

住過最差的民宿，房間裏充滿黴味，門壓根鎖不上，出門不出門都提心吊膽，生怕別人開錯門，洗澡水一點點，門用的是透明玻璃，晚上根本不擋光，廁所是蹲坑，很不方便，晚上十點睡覺了，院子裏有人喝酒，説話➕光亮影響我們睡覺，我們提出來，老闆娘還説我們事多，這是什麼服務態度？還有吃飯，25元一個菜，肉看到兩片，一點點，夠誰吃的？真的很差勁
