第一次安排的房間非常吵，旁邊的房間有人開着門打牌，於是前台換了房間給我們，新房間的床上有彎曲的毛髮和不明黃色污漬，垃圾桶裏有垃圾，垃圾桶邊上也有一袋垃圾，馬桶圈上有黃色尿漬。於是前台第二次換了一間房，這間房表面看着乾淨，掀開被子一衹活蜘蛛🕷️，沙發上一衹蟲子，但想到房間估計都差不多而且酒店的工作人員態度也非常好，再換太折騰就自己把蟲抓了休息了。誰曾想第二天早上進了唯一在運行的電梯，電梯到11樓故障，我們被困在電梯裏，但這不是最糟的，我們按下電梯求救按鈕後，跟接線的員工説明我們被困在電梯裏，被困在11樓，他竟然沒聽懂，還反覆問我們是不是住酒店的，你接到電話應該第一時間去營救被困人員啊！重複了好幾遍他們才聽懂。又過了一會，電梯忽然自己開了，我們趕緊逃出去了，不敢坐電梯，拎着行李箱從11樓走下來的。
我以前經常住錦江系酒店，希爾頓歡朋，維也納國際，麗楓等並且體驗不錯，第一次遇上這種情況。

房間很舒服，有些細節如果可以多注意一些，整體會更好，希望下回來，可以看到這些改善。飯店的布草有空也檢查一下，有些破損了還在持續使用，房間很靜，衹是門鎖有點異常，會隨時亂響。整體來説，是個值得住的酒店。
