The hotel is in to the airport terminal 2. The staff very nice and helpful but the environment it’s not ok , the noise from the airplane and the passengers has always walk in the midnight🥲

The location, at the basement level of Changsha Airport Terminal 2, is really convenient. However, after midnight, the basement exits of the airport are locked. As my flight arrived after midnight, I needed to exit the airport at level 1 and walked down the stairs to basement level. My capsule was clean and comfortable. The hotel was mostly quiet at night but it started to get noisy around 5-6am as some guests woke up for their morning flights. It became very noisy at 8am due to nearby construction works. For male guests, the bathroom only has urinals and showers. Due to plumbing restrictions, there is no toilet for poo, so one has to exit the hotel and use the toilet in the airport terminal (which is a problem between midnight and 6am due to the airport being locked). Best to clear your bladders and bowels in the airport terminal before heading to the hotel. The hotel bathroom provides free disposable dental kits.

A great little capsule hotel, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Great for a quick stay! Warning to English speaking travellers, the English address is incorrect, the hotel is in the basement of the airport! So go down to B1 to find it 😁

Not bad, arrived in the early morning, transit, sleep for a few hours is good, small bathroom is convenient, large airport bathroom, hot water for washing and bathing, the main feature is convenience and fast. Better than the hotel outside the airport with beauty photo editing. The front desk is enthusiastic, personally recommended.

The public bathroom is very clean and provides toiletries. The bed is also clean and tidy. It is very comfortable to lie here while waiting for the early flight. The location is very good, right inside the terminal

It is a good choice to stop here before catching an early flight. It is right inside the airport, and the hygiene and facilities are good. It is cost-effective. The hygiene of the public area is much better than I expected, which is quite surprising. There is no odor, the facilities are quite new, and disposable toothbrushes and cups are provided free of charge.

It's really good to stay here after an early morning flight or landing early in the morning. The front desk service is very good. It is just below the airport (hotels and restaurants on the first floor, arrivals on the second floor, and departures on the third floor). There is a 24-hour convenience store and supporting facilities next to it. It's very complete and has a wake-up call service, but I didn't use it.

Arrived in the early morning to stay temporarily, the front desk staff patiently received and explained, five-star praise. The environment is a little noisy (the sound of water running in the pipes), but as a temporary place to sleep, it basically meets the needs

It's right inside the airport. It's small and exquisite, and it has all the essentials. It's really convenient. But I just rested for 3 hours before boarding. About to board the plane

It's a basic airport hotel. You sleep for a few hours and then get up to catch an early flight. It's a little strange to have to go to the toilet outside the airport to poop! It feels like sleeping in the airport, which is my home. (The nearest toilet still needs to go through security!)

The price is right, it's convenient to stay overnight before catching an early flight, and you can take a shower.

New store! The room was very clean and quiet, and the service staff were warm and considerate. It was just inside the airport terminal, so it was very convenient to stay and rest during the flight. Just go upstairs for security check, so you can rest assured! 👍👍👍
