It's very close to the airport and the hotel has a car to pick up and drop off, which is very convenient. The store is clean and tidy, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic...especially the staff in the restaurant, special praise👍The only drawback is that the elevator is too old, the buttons are not bright, and it is difficult to see the floors clearly!

It was a clean hotel and the rooms were quite comfortable after a long trip down from Shanghai. The staff were very efficient but were unable to provide the foreigners registration form that my school needed for my visa. I would highly recommend it though otherwise. Breakfast was very good! Checked into Citadines Changsha County on the 17th. It was a bit late. The customer service lady Jiang patiently introduced several rooms of different prices. She recommended a suitable room type according to our housing requirements and upgraded us to a suite. We were very satisfied and stayed for a few more days. The stay experience was super super good. After checking out, the front desk found out if there were any items taken away and contacted by phone immediately. Thank you again! I will recommend Citadines to my friends

I went out to do some business and found a suitable hotel near Xili. It was a good accommodation experience, with a full-length mirror and makeup lights, and it was safer to be in a separate building. There was a 24-hour gym and a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet had both Chinese and Western food, and there was freshly ground coffee, and paper cups were provided to take away. There was welcome fruit on the day of check-in, and the hygiene was also very careful. It was raining in Changsha recently and I kept asking the front desk to borrow an umbrella, which was very convenient.

The hotel is a little far from the city center, but it is quick to get in and out, and the parking lot is large, which is convenient for self-driving. The sanitation is very good, it is next to the lake, the service is in place, the room is clean and well-equipped. During the National Day holiday, the lake view room was upgraded for free, the area is quite large, and the cost performance is higher than expected. The hotel breakfast is richer than soft and has strong options. It is worth recommending to friends who travel by car.

At first I didn't want to book Four Seasons Hotel, but my friend strongly recommended it to me. I went there and it lived up to my expectations. The room was upgraded for us. The hygiene and environment are excellent. It is Chinese style and very stylish. Breakfast is included. There are noodles, rice noodles, stir-fried dishes, and many varieties. The service is worth mentioning. Because I brought my baby, the baby's clothes needed to be washed. After I washed them, I hung them in the bathroom. When I was cleaning the next day, Zhang Qin also helped me dry the clothes. I am really grateful and very attentive. I look forward to staying here next time😋

I booked a balcony room, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the yard is quite beautiful, the bedding is very comfortable, I am a very sensitive person with skin, I usually stay in the hotel without changing the quilt cover and red, this business trip did not bring a disposable sheets quilt cover, there is no change, but their home does not, It means that their home health is still good, recommended recommended! Late at night, the dust arrived in Changsha. The front desk brother 009 was particularly enthusiastic and handled in an orderly manner. He talked to him about the hotel environment, location and culture. He was particularly understanding of the hotel's humanities and culture. He was also very gentle and polite. He felt as warm as home. The room is quite new. Before leaving, the little brother gave me a bottle of water and blew up the little brother 009. The service was so good that I fell in love with the brand of Vienna.

I love Changsha. The weather is particularly strong when I get off the plane. Songya Lake is huge and I chose Yishang Hotel very close to Songya Lake. What impressed me the most was: Yishang's net red punching fireplace, and every staff member of the hotel was very enthusiastic! The most unexpected thing is that there is actually beef hot pot in Yishang, which is delicious. Next time you come to Changsha, you will continue to choose Yishang Hotel Hyde Park. Also highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserHotel location is good, very close to the airport, the front desk beauty service is warm and thoughtful, it is very convenient to go to the subway. Also upgraded with us a luxurious room with floor-to-ceiling windows. The room was clean and tidy, and the room air conditioning was good. There are also robots to send things. Quite interesting. Next time I will come to live, I bought moon cakes at their house, packaged atmosphere, and tasted good.

The front desk reception is fast to check in, and I was given a free room upgrade, which is great. I went to the convention center next to the hotel to attend a meeting. It was raining outside. The front desk saw that I didn't bring an umbrella ☔, and gave me an umbrella for free. The service was considerate

Dissatisfied with the air conditioner and room lighting design
It was very cold in Changsha for two days on weekends, and the temperature of the air conditioner could not go up. I called the front desk and said that the air conditioner was not turned on. After the air conditioner was turned on, the highest temperature in the room was only 22°C.
Most dissatisfied is the light switch:
1. There is no one-button switch at the entrance. To turn on all the lights in the room, you need to turn on three switches (the bedside switch is not between the two beds but on both sides)
2. The bedside master switch can only turn off the light with one key, but not turn on the light with one key
3. The light at the sink is on the top of the head, the face is dim, and it is impossible to make up

GGuest UserArrived at 10 o'clock in the evening, the big bed room was upgraded to a family room for free, and it was extended for another night the next day, and it was still charged as a big bed room. The service attitude was very good. It is not far from Window of the World and Hunan TV Station. It is 10 kilometers away from the first-class scenic spot of Juzizhou in Wuyi Square. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. The price is much cheaper than the surrounding attractions. If you have a limited budget, you can choose here.

GGuest UserI drove here with my two children to catch an early flight the next day. I want to sleep more comfortably, so I looked at the hotel for a long time. There is free parking in the underground parking lot at Bailian Shopping Park. The only hotel nearby is more than 200 yuan and does not include pick-up and drop-off. You have to take a taxi to the airport in the morning. Other hotels commented that the street is very noisy, which is too unfriendly for us who need a good sleep to catch an early flight. Finally, I found Guangsheng Garden Hotel, which is secluded but less than ten minutes from the airport. The environment is beautiful, there is a small garden, and there are free indoor and outdoor parking lots! We parked our car in the underground garage for five days for free! I heard that their food is delicious, but I didn't eat it because I brought a light meal! Arrived at the store at 2:00 p.m., and drove seven or eight minutes to Bailian Outlets for a walk after putting away the things
